Francis' ability is that to teleport inanimate objects from his person to a remote location. In order to do this, he must touch the object, and have a clear visualization of where it is going to end up. These locations have to have been somewhere that he has physically been (not merely seen in an image) and must have space for the object. Francis must be clear of mind in order to teleport objects and cannot use his ability while intoxicated, drugged, or otherwise mentally compromised. Francis' maximum range is roughly 1 mile and he cannot teleport objects that are greater in mass than his own body. Francis also cannot teleport liquids or gasses unless they are constrained within the bounds of a closed physical space (such as a jar or bottle).
