Agent Gates has the mimetic ability to copy any telepathic ability he has been exposed to either by having the ability used on him, or through exposure while telepathically contacting another mind. Gates is able to combine these telepathic abilities with his already existing repertoire and utilize multiple facets of mental-classified Expressive powers.

Known Abilities
Telepathy	Gates is constantly reading the surface thoughts of everyone within a 10-foot radius of him. He unconsciously uses this power to get a sense of people's intentions. While this ability is active, Gates can scan and copy any telepathic ability used within this radius. Gates can suppress this ability with moderate effort.
Memory Palace	Gates is able to create a space within his own subconscious capable of storing and retrieving any knowledge he has learned or absorbed through his dream manipulation ability. The physical appearance of Gates' memory palace is a stark, Brutalist structure of governmental efficiency that subtly changes in appearance and design based on the subconscious thoughts of those who are present within it.
Dream Manipulation	Gates is able to project his conscious mind into the dreams of others, or pull their dreaming minds into his own.
Perception Manipulation	Gates can alter a person's perception of reality, making them experience auditory or visual hallucinations that can add or subtract visual or auditory experiences. Gates must be within 15 feet of someone to use this ability.
Empathy	Gates gained Odessa's empathy ability from her when she tried to read him in Consensus Ad Idem.
