This morning in a press conference, Department of Homeland Security Operations Director Jason Pierce confirmed that the department along with the ATF and FBI coordinated raids on the known locations of terrorist-sympathizers within New York City. According to pierce, roughly fourteen locations were raided by the Department of Homeland Security and over twenty arrests were made.

According to sources within DHS, these locations allegedly belonged to an organization known as the "Ferrymen" a pro-evolved organization known to the government since 2008 that purportedly traffics SLC-Expressive individuals outside of the United States into countries with no Evolved Registry analogues.

Pierce stated that groups like the Ferrymen actively contribute to the destabilization of the American government and foster safe-havens for violent terrorists the likes of Messiah. According to Pierce, dozens of unregistered Evolved were discovered in the raided facilities in both operational positions and as "refugees" willingly subverting the national registry.

Under the articles of the Patriot Act, these arrested individuals have been detained as 'Enemy Combatants' and will be held without trial pending further investigations. A list of names of these locations and individuals, as well as accurate numbers of the arrests will not be released to the public at this time.

The Department of Homeland Security insists that these arrests will be part of a powerful forward initiative to curb domestic terrorism and bring under control the largely difficult to police city of New York.
