Dee's been on the scout for a vintage RV (< 1988) in rather good condition that Phoenix can upgrade and use as a semi-mobile quarter in East Harlem. I've been personally looking at Class A and Class C RVs, and have come up with nearly a dozen or so that seem to fit. I'll post the links here, but if someone wants to help me find better ones, or put input on which one they like of these, that would be great. It'll be used for a Phoenix mini-headquarters, as we now seem to be splitting our HQ into a few places, with seemingly no real 'main'.
