Timeline and Notes

January 28, 2009: After Phoenix concluded battles with the Vanguard, Helena Dean and Jesse Alexander Knight were arrested and sent here without trial by Homeland Security. GPS tracking on HomeSec vehicles at the scenes was used || Largely inconclusive due to government precautions; it was established the prisoners were taken out of state.

The following counter-measures were undertaken over the next three months:

February 20, 2009: Psychometric Examination of Agent Carmichael determined this location for Helena and Alexander. were moved to the same prison facility located in a desert climate; Brian Fulk was separated.

February 23, 2009: Interrogation of Agent Carmichael by Kinson (persuasion), Catherine (perfect recall) and Hiro (teleportation/time travel). Successful.

March 16, 2009: Photographic reconaissance of Moab by Cat and allied pilot who overflew the prison. Identified areas where male and female captives are held; spotted Helena and Al in yard along with Knox.

March 24, 2009: Phoenix meeting for strategy. Members were shown photos and briefed, topic of approaching Gabriel Gray raised. Potential of pre-placing explosives and other measures, including an airstrike on the six towers, was discussed. Existence of an organization wishing to see us succeed revealed, along with a chance power enhancement may free some captives of influence from suppressant drugs. Participation of Hiro Nakamura placed in doubt if Mr. Gray is in the mix.

March 25, 2009: Claire Bennet informed of plans. Participation doubtful due to the Gabriel Gray element.

March 26, 2009: Bird recon performed by Eileen Ruskin. Messages left with Helena, Al, and Lucrezia Bennati. She is told of internal prison details. Gabriel Gray was approached and asked to assist.

March 30, 2009: Hiro Nakamura and Gabriel Gray agreed to take part. Claire Bennet still in doubt.

March 31, 2009: Operation postponed, ground surveillance revealed unexpected issues.

April 7, 2009: Assault and retrieval have occurred. Rescue was not successful due to both unforeseen security protocols at the prison and sudden loss of control of convict Peter Petrelli, who accidentally temporally and spatially displaced all persons present at the scene. Phoenix has since regrouped, with the exception of the original captives and Sergei.
