While Ross Dam appears to be an ordinary hydroelectric power plan from the outside, the truth of the facility is far more surprising. Purchased in the 1970s by one of Primatech Incorporated's shell companies, the Ross Dam became a secretive base of operations for the Company, one of the "Big Four" central operation headquarters.
The Ross Dam facility is the Company's nerve center, a head of operations across not only the United States but the world at large. Operated by Director Alfred Balfour and formerly by one of the twelve Company Founders, Paula Gramble.
The Ross Dam facility is a vital link in the Company's chain of command, and through this station the status of Company agents worldwide are monitored and reports are filed to other Company stations of operation.
