(OOC note: This was the alternate identity of Dr. Sonny Bianco. This identity was rendered non-viable when Sonny was mugged while carrying Connor's ID. As far as those who knew him (and did not hear the rumours about his real identity) Dr. Kinney has simply disappeared)
Character History:
Dr. Kinney used to be a general practitioner who ended up with several reprimands on his record. He has been charged with performing procedures improperly and dispensing of controlled substances. Both of these reprimands were from treating patients who couldn't afford to go to specialists or otherwise couldn't get the care of a more qualified physician. One or two of his patients turned around and sued him for malpractice. Matters were eventually settled out of court. He has lately been seen offering care who those who need it in the trailer farm and at a free clinic in poorer areas of the city. The reprimands on his record means he can't set up a respectable general practice.
