Lucine Halebi's ability is a passive power that is always on and something she cannot control. Lucine is immune to any and all affects of SLC-Expressive abilities. She cannot be affected by any power that would directly affect her mind or body (such as, but not limited to, telepathy, healing, telekinesis, teleportation, biological manipulation, x-ray vision, precognition). Abilities that control extant outside forces (such as someone using telekinesis to drop a solid object on her, or pyrokinesis to move fire to her) can still harm her.

Additionally, if Lucine touches someone with her hand she can share her negation ability with them so long as they remain in physical contact. If they are SLC-Expressive, they lose access to any and all abilities they have (including passive powers) until contact has been broken. As such, Lucine can effectively confer her negation on a maximum of 2 targets at once, provided they remain within arm's reach of her.
