Phil assumed control of the company after her husband Bertram died in the 2006 Midtown nuclear explosion. Just five years later, Phil was forced to flee her life when in 2011 she was revealed to be SLC-Expressive during a surprise blood screening by the Department of Evolved Affairs. Phil used her financial clout and connections to seek out the Ferrymen and vanished into their network just before the onset of the war. Phil re-emerged years later under the employ of Renautas-Weiss Nanotechnology as a spy infiltrating Yamagato Industries under the guise of Kaydence Damaris. She has since been caught and detained without trial by Yamagato Industries.

Philomena possesses the ability to catalog a limited number of physical forms and alter her body's physiology on the fly to mimic those biological shapes.

Morphology	None	With a brief skin-to-skin touch, Phil can catalog the physiology of another human being and commit it to her genetic memory. She may use any catalogued form (including her natural state) with her Shapeshifting talent. Currently Phil has a maximum of 2 morphology variants aside from her base form.	Self Taught
Shapeshifting	Low to High	Phil is able to rapidly change her body from one catalogued in her morphology to another. The less time and effort required to shapechange the more long-term repercussions Phil suffers (see vulnerabilities). When shapechanged, Phil's entire body adapts to match her catalogued morphology including blood type and DNA. However, Phil is not able to mimic other SLC-Expressive abilities or hide her own SLC-Expressive trait. Phil copies every physical quality of the person from the moment she makes contact and accurately represents their physical capabilities. However, Phil does not know what she copies. If the person has an invisible but chronic illness Phil also copies that and may unwittingly put herself in harm's way. If Phil shapechanged into someone with cancer, for instance, Phil would have cancer while shapeshifted into that morphology. However, it would immediate disappear once she changed into a different form. When Phil shapechanges she is able to immediate reset any physical injury back to her morphology baseline, allowing her to undo grievous harm within limitations (see healing below). Her natural state's morphology is updated each time she reverts back to that form. Phil is able to remain in a shapeshifted state indefinitely.	Self Taught
Healing	None	When Phil shapechanges from one morphology to another she automatically undoes all physical harm and reverts back to the current memorized state. However, if she is harmed in her base form any damage will persist whenever she shifts back into that morphology. Phil also cannot heal from damage such as severed limbs or harm that would instantly kill her. She is also incapable of healing from blood loss, diseases, or foreign intrusions such as poison or other toxins.	Self-Taught
Aging	None	Phil's copied morphologies do not age and always reset back to the age and health they were when she made initial contact. However, her natural state continues to age normally as it is re-catalogued every time she shapeshifts back to her normal state. However, Phil's natural state only ages when she is in that form, and the more she uses her shapeshifting the slower she is appearing to age.	Self-Taught

Vulnerabilities
Strain	Phil can adjust how much effort and how fast she can change shape, but the faster she changes shape the more potential harm she causes to herself.
Low	Phil can shapechange with low effort in a split-second, allowing her to make a rapid change to her physiology such as changing into a larger and more powerful morphology for a fistfight. Changing this quickly does not immediately harm Phil, but every minute Phil is in a form she rapidly changed into she strains her muscles and connective tissue. Up to the first minute it is a dull ache, after the first minute Phil has stabbing pain in her extremities, after 2 minutes or more Phil is incapacitated and has pulled several muscles in her body, automatically reverting back to her base form. This damage persists across all of her morphologies and must be healed naturally.
Moderate	With moderate effort Phil changes shape over the course of 30 seconds. If interrupted by something that would break moderate effort, Phil reverts to her normal form. If successful, Phil is comfortable and can maintain a morphology for up to an hour without suffering any distress. After the first hour Phil has stabbing pain in her extremities, after 2 hours or more Phil is incapacitated and has pulled several muscles in her body, automatically reverting back to her base form. This damage persists across all of her morphologies and must be healed naturally.
High	With high effort Phil changes shape over the course of an hour. She meticulously and carefully sculpts her body into a new morphology and cannot perform any other task until completed. If interrupted by something that would break high effort, Phil reverts to her normal form. Once fully transformed, Phil is able to maintain this form indefinitely without issue.
