Background

Sieghilde was born in South Korea. She was adopted by the Ozeans, a military couple, as an infant. As a child, she was high-achieving, engaged in gymnastics, sociable despite her somewhat coarse manner, and extremely popular among her peers. Her Evolved ability manifested when she was 14-years-old, but initially weak enough that she generally went unnoticed.

Following the footsteps of her parents, she joined the Army infantry with a specialty in Radio Operator-Maintenance and deployed twice to Afghanistan in the 2000s. Despite her MOS, she convoyed frequently and saw combat. At the time of the second American Civil War, she was based in Colorado and active duty under President Andrew Mitchell. She saw approximately a month of combat on American soil, before rapidly defecting for obvious reasons. Though she spent some time in Military Prison, she was exonerated by the victors and achieved a position with SESA in the Midwest.
