Profile Before the words SLC-Expressive meant anything to anyone, Gregory York was a small-time enforcer for a British crime syndicate and a part-time cab driver whose method of dispatching his employer's enemies earned him the nickname The Barber. He fled the United Kingdom to avoid prosecution for his crimes shortly before the outbreak of the Second American Civil War, and subsequently found himself embroiled in the conflict on U.S. soil. He has since fallen in with the criminal element on both Staten Island and inside the Safe Zone's borders, where he's resumed his previous line of work for Wenzhou Zhao's Ghost Shadows as an associate.
