Trivia
- Formerly used during the Prohibition era as a distillery, the Bay House has an extra large cellar and a tunnel a quarter mile long that leads out to the Brooklyn waterfront, which can be used to either smuggle supplies or as an emergency escape route — it has been both.
- Discovered by Rue Lancaster, Brian Winters and Samara Dunham on a tip provided by Delia Ryans.
