The Burnt Toast Diner is a small coffee shop located in Midland, Texas. Keeping the aesthetics of a 1950's coffee shop, the Burnt Toast Diner has a regular and loyal client base, and while nothing from the black and white checkered floor, nor the ordinary menu, nor even the extraordinarily well made pancakes are greatly important… this diner seems to be a crossroads of many different and important avenues in history.
