He tends to keep to himself, but also seems to be well informed, seeming to be able to find any information that he wants to find. He seems to be very confident in himself and his skills and now does freelance computer hacking, offering up his services to the highest bidder. Not much else is known about this subject.

Nicolas Michael Belmont was born on December 17, 1988 in Las Vegas, NV, the only child of his mother, Katharine Houston, and his father, Warren Belmont. His mother was a washed up show girl and his father was a degenerate gambler. His father was never home; always off at the casinos getting drunk, hitting on the waitresses and sleeping around while his mother spent the nights out on the streets turning tricks, so most of his childhood was spent alone with the television which acted as the babysitter and role model. When his father was home, he was drunk and would usually take out his aggression on Nicolas.

When he attended classes, he had done fairly well, brighter than some of his classmates, just lacked a sense of motivation. He spent much of his time alone when he spent much of his time alone on his computer. Surfing the hidden places of the internet, opening the back doors to some of the most secure areas of the digital world as Seraphim. This was his playground. His first arrest came at the age of seventeen when he was arrested for hacking into the FBI mainframe. He served one year in jail before he was released to his parents and placed on probation for three years where he was not allowed to touch a computer. His father made sure he had a welcome home gift in the form of another beating.

On his twentieth birthday, his life took a sudden turn. One night, he began hearing voices in his head. He couldn't understand where they were coming from. It started with a single voice and, before he knew it, it grew more numerous. He could hear various transmissions from police and fire fighters. He started hearing conversations from people he could not see. When he thought about a subject, all sorts of information poured into his head. As time went on, he began to sense nearby computers and learned that he was able to connect to them with his mind and through those computers, he could connect to others via a wireless router. Soon, he was connected to the information superhighway by only using his mind and was able to project his voice over radio, digital or electronic transmissions or recordings with only a thought.

After that incident, Nicolas was eager to experiment with his new found abilities, using his powers as a new found way of hacking. There was nothing like this that he has ever seen. With his new found abilities, he started to hack into the most secure systems he could find under his new handle, Razorblade. On November 8, 2006, a bomb exploded in Midtown, Manhattan. A lot of the information suddenly disappeared and a bit of silence crawled into Nicolas' life. In 2008, with his probation was over and his new found abilities, he moved out of the state and traveled to New York, hoping that his gifts would be hidden in the chaos that was New York, even with the rebuilding that is going on, two years later.

Nicolas is able to hear, detect and the manipulate the digital, electronic and radio waves that emit from various electronic devices. Computers, radios and transmitters. He can act as an internet hub, allowing him to access the internet with his mind and can also hear electronic, digital, radio waves in his head. He can manipulate existing waves to create his own, giving him the ability to communicate with any computer or radio within 300 feet of himself, regardless of whether or not it has a working connection. He is also able to project his own voice over radio, digital or electronic transmissions or recordings.

His powers only work on electronics that emit transmissions, recordings or electronic/digital signals. He is unable to use his powers on computers that does not have a wireless card or have an Ethernet or dial up connection. He is unable to access stand alone networks or servers that are not connected to the internet unless he is in the vicinity of a computer that is connected to said server or network. He can access any computer that is within 300 feet of himself, sensing if there is one much the same way a computer can recognize if there are wireless signals present within range.

His powers can be extended if a computer within range of his power is connected to a wireless router with another computer within range of that one by connecting to the computers in parallel. As long as there are computers connected to a wireless router with another in range that is connected to another wireless router, his powers reach miles. Though the maximum distance of his powers is only limited to the number of computers he can network before finding one that does not have a wireless router or internet connection. The further away he uses his powers, via this method, the less effective his power will be. He will receive less information or the signal will be weaker. If he is transmitting his voice, it will be broken up and have static disruption.

While Nicolas is able to connect to the internet using his mind, he is only able to do so for a few hours at a time before he must stop. If he continues to do so, he risks causing serious brain damage to himself, though he does have warning signs when he is nearing this time. First, he will begin to feel weak then he'll get headaches which grow to migraines. At this point, if he continues to use his powers, he could pass out and go into seizures where he could cause permanent brain damage or even death.

Nicolas has an extremely high level of understanding when it comes to computers. Not only because of his powers, but his time spent hacking before his powers manifested. He knows the location of many hacker havens and hacker databases.

September 29, 2009	Nicolas reveals to Joanne that he is Evolved and demonstrates his power for her and also learns that she is Evolved as well.

August 1, 2009 - August 21, 2009	Nicolas is in Las Vegas visiting his family and friends.
August 22, 2009	Nicolas returns to New York after a long absence in Connecticut and Las Vegas after Abby warned him to leave the city for a while.
August 28, 2009	Nicolas joins Adam's organization and works for the man as a computer hacker.

March 1, 2009 - July 31, 2009	Nicolas is out of town in Connecticut and then travels to Las Vegas.

February 4, 2009	Nicolas visits Julian and offers to help him out with the radio show, offering to help beef up the security of the show and the podcasts.

January 11, 2009	Nicolas heads into Old Lucy's and meets Abby who is working. They start talking and making small talk. Isabelle shows up and joins in the conversation. The three share their powers and Isabelle asks Nicolas out to dinner.
January 13, 2009	Nicolas returns to Old Lucy's and almost gets into a bar fight. Isabelle also tells him that she needs to talk to him, but didn't say what about.
January 14, 2009	Abby asks Nicolas to help make her fake ID legal. He agrees to help.
January 18, 2009	Isabelle calls Nicolas down to Old Lucy's to talk to him about joining a faction that she is a member of. He agrees to a meeting with the higher ups.
	Rupe and Isabelle calls Nicolas into the back room of Old Lucy's to talk to him about joining the Shedda Dinu. After some talking, Nicolas decides to join their faction.
January 23, 2009	Nicolas and Roselyn go on their first date.

	Abigail Beauchamp	Nicolas met Abby while stopping by Old Lucy's when he stopped in for a drink. After Isabelle came in, the powers came out and now they know of each others powers. She's started to become his regular bartender and he seems to like her well enough. He's even willing to stick up for her.
	Joanne King	Nicolas met Joanne at Old Lucy's. She seems like an interesting woman and Nicolas even scored her digits. He has caught up with her again and they have gone out on several dates. Nicolas recently learned that she works for Adam Monroe and have been assigned to a job together.

	Adelaide Naimarc	Nicolas met Adelaide at a meeting for Evolved Anonymous using the name of Jason. She seems like a good person and seems to be coming from the right place.
	Megan Young	Megan knows Nicolas as Jason. They met at a meeting for Evolved Anonymous. She is a non-evolved and seems to be a someone that can be trusted to talk to if needed.
	Beauregard Lafferty	Nicolas met Buck at Biddy's. They had a few drinks and made small talk.
	Adam Monroe	Adam offered Nicolas a job. He knows that Adam is a criminal and has plans, but he is paying well, so Nicolas doesn't ask too many questions.
	Alia Chavez	Asked by Adam to tutor her with her powers, Nicolas has met with the girl and spoke with her before beginning their training together.

	Flint Deckard	Nicolas also met Deckard on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. He doesn't seem that impressive after being beaten down by Minea for getting in the way of her shot. He seems familiar to Nicolas, but just can't place where from. Nicolas ran into Deckard again at the Canal Street Market where Deckard stole a purse that Minea has him hold for her. Deckard made Nicolas run, so now he isn't happy. Nicolas is glad that he didn't help Deckard when Minea was beating him up.

	Douglas	Douglas is someone that Nicolas gets a bad vibe from and from the memory that Adelaide saw, he has good reason not to trust this man.

	Desree Sheperd	Nicolas met Desree in the Canal Street Market after bumping into each other. They talked for a bit. She seems nice enough. She had recognized him from The Surly Wench, but he didn't recognize her.
	Minea Dahl	Nicolas has stumbled across Minea while she was taking photos on the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge. She seems a bit obsessive about her camera and the shots. She can handle herself as Nicolas had seen when she took down Deckard.
	Benjamin Fletcher	Nicolas has seen Ben a few times at Old Lucy's. He's quiet and they've only said a few words to each other. He was there when Lou almost started a bar fight, but he seems like he's got a good head on his shoulders.
	Leah Deckard	Nicolas had seen Leah at the Canal Street Market where she was stealing from Minea who caught her in the act. While there was no formal introduction, Leah is someone that has to be kept an eye on.
	Miles Porter	Nicolas met Miles while in the basement of Carmichael Manor. He asked for help learning to hack. He seems like an arrogant guy who likes to flirt. Not much else is known about him.
	Huruma	Nicolas met Huruma in the basement of Carmichael Manor. She doesn't speak much, but proved she can handle herself when she performed some moves on Miles. Definitely someone NOT to mess with. She seems like a good person to have on your side.
	Opal Falke	Nicolas met Opal while bowling at Kingpin's Bowling Alley. After bowling a few frames, Roselyn and Opal talk and discover that Opal is Roselyn's grandmother. She seems like a nice enough lady and seems like someone worth getting to know.
	Roselyn Falke	Roselyn and Nicolas had a falling out when they were in Connecticut. Nicolas left her there and went to Vegas for a while. He hasn't seen nor heard from here since.
	Rupert Carmichael	Nicolas met Rupe in the back room of Old Lucy's. He and Nicolas talked for a bit before Nicolas joined the Shedda Dinu with Rupe's blessing. He seems like someone he can trust.
	Felix Ivanov	Nicolas had run into Felix at Old Lucy's. They started talking and Nicolas found out that Felix works for the FBI. He is definitely someone worth keeping an eye on and maybe even befriending, if only for information and FBI access.
	Julian Kuhr	Nicolas was sent to Julian in hopes of helping him with his radio station. After talking, Nicolas offered to help with the security of the show. Julian seems like a good guy, even though he does seem a bit odd.

	Isabelle Ashford	Nicolas hasn't heard much from Isabelle since he left New York for Connecticut. Isabelle was killed, but Nicolas has not found out about this yet.
