Background

Roselyn Michelle Falke was born on September 8, 1985 in Berlin, Germany. Her mother was Verena Putzkanner and her father was Albert Falke. Her mother was a simple house wife; cooking, cleaning, and taking care of Roselyn. Her father worked in a factory making spare parts for airplanes. Her family wasn't rich, but they weren't poor either. She went to a public school learning all the basics, she even took a couple of classes learning foreign languages, those languages were French and English. She lived a happy normal life. She did daily chores like doing dishes, cleaning off the dinner table, and keeping her room spotless. She would do this every day, so it would help her mother out. When she was about 16 her mother died from Ovarian Cancer. Her father was heartbroken and became an alcoholic, so she had to drop out of school at the age of 17 because her father lost his job and she had to help keep the house clean, and to get a job so they could keep the bills paid and food on the table.

When she was 19 her father died. His liver failed because of all the alcohol. She decided to go back and get her GED. When she graduated she couldn't stand to be in Germany anymore so she moved to the United States to find work and hopefully a better life. She moved to New York City at the age of 20. She got a job working at a gentleman's club called Xxxtasy Ranch; her stage name was Kandy Kane. She didn't like working there, but it was the only place she could find work. One night it got so bad that she just jumped off of stage and ran out. She was still wearing the same clothes she was dancing in, because that was all she had with her. She got about half way home, before she was attacked by a drunken man who tried to rape her. Somewhere between the attack and her getting away, something mysterious happened. She went through her attacker. She didn't know what had happened, but whatever did saved her life. When she got home she tried concentrating on the attack to see what would happen. She did it again, she went somewhat invisible and she fell against the wall. Concentrating on her new found powers like that wore her out. It took a lot of concentration, so she kept practicing over a period of a year and a half before she got complete control of it. Later on while she was still learning her powers, she tried to phase into a jewelry store, well the alarm went off once she got in and she tried to phase again through the wall but wasn't able to concentrate from all of the panic. She was sentenced to 3 years in jail for larceny she was released a few months early on good behavior.

The reason she didn't escape from prison was because she didn't want to be hunted down her whole life. When she got out the first thing she did was rob a bank so she had some cash that she used to buy an apartment and furnishings for it. She continues to live in fear everyday of being attacked. After the bomb, life was very difficult for her; she was always trying to figure out why it had happened, and why it had to be New York. She had, had a lot of tragedies in her life already, why did this have to happen to her, she wasn't the only one it happened to but it still hurt her. She helped out some people who lived close to her that needed it after the explosion. Some people she walked by and did nothing, when she could have helped.

Here it is about 2 years after she found out her power; she's living life to the fullest. She is currently looking for a job, somewhere, where she can enjoy life, dance, and have a good time. She's hoping to get a job hopefully at a bar so she can meet new people almost every day, and still have fun at work. She currently lives in an apartment, with some nice things that she bought with some money she had saved up. She has a used Honda Civic she got pretty cheap, nothing fancy but it gets her from "A" to "B." She does everything she can to stay away from Homeland Security, and anyone who works for them. She's gotten really good at hiding her powers and sometimes hiding her identity.

Phasing is the ability to cause oneself to have the inability to be touched and the ability to go through solid surfaces. If the aura separates the users molecules, the user becomes intangible. She has to hold her breath before passing through solid objects. She can stay phased for as long as she is completely focused on phasing and what is she is phasing through. If someone was to interrupt her concentration while phasing, there is the possibility of losing a body part or more….Her life. She can pretty much phase through anything, Unless someone is around her that has the power of Solidification. When one has this power, they can make a person with phasing ability to become tangent.

	Opal	Roselyn found out that Opal is her grandmother. She didn't know this until they started talking about family and then found out that her dad was Opal's son. Roselyn cried because she didn't think she had any family left.

	Nicolas	Met Nicolas at Old Lucy's when she went inside looking for a job. She had a few drinks with him and started to get to know him. They've been hanging out more and more, now she is starting to like him.
	Abby	Met Abby the night she went in Old Lucy's. Abby helped Roselyn to get a job at Old Lucy's. Abby and Roselyn are becoming good friends, Roselyn volunteered to help her move when she needs help.
	Isabelle	Met Isabelle at Old Lucy's when she took in her resume to Abby. She told Roselyn to come in the next day for an audition to decide whether or not she gets to work at Old Lucy's. Isabelle gave Roselyn a job on Abby's birthday as Abby's birthday gift. That was what Abby wanted.

	Elvis	Met Elvis at Old Lucy's on Just Another Night. She didn't talk much to her just said "Hi." and asked how she was.
	Alexander	Met Alexander at Old Lucy's also. On Just Another Night at the same time she met Elvis. They talked for a few minutes and he told Roselyn he liked her name.
	Minea	Met Minea at Rumble on the Bridge when Roselyn and Nicolas were walking home. Minea kicked Deckard's ass because he got in her shot on purpose and it pissed her off.
	Deckard	Met Deckard at Rumble on the Bridge when she met Minea. He tried to get Minea to take a picture of Roselyn and Nicolas. He jumped in front of Minea's camera because he wanted his picture taken and he was drunk.
	Grant	Met Grant while she was working one night at Old Lucy's. Was pretty nice, and open. They talked about stupid people and how people follow Celebrities and others.
	Ben	Met Ben when she met Grant at Old Lucy's while working. Seemed very nice and was good with a conversation like Grant.

January 17, 2009	Rumble on the Bridge	Roselyn and Nicolas are walking back to the apartments from Old Lucy's when they run into Minea and Deckard. Deckard was shit faced drunk and got in Minea's way. Minea kicked Deckard's ass and her pictures got erased from her camera.
January 18, 2009	The Audition	Roselyn goes to audition for a job at Old Lucy's. She gets hired and buys everyone in the bar a round. She tells Nicolas of her powers and he tells her his.
January 18, 2009	First Night on the Job	Roselyn is working her first Night at Old Lucy's. Nicolas comes in for a drink and him and Rosleyn make small talk about a game of bowling they recently played. Grant comes into the bar for the first time and Nicolas buys him a drink. Nicolas gets called to the back room by Isabelle then Nicolas leaves. Ben comes in and orders a Rum and Coke. Ben, Grant, and Nicolas make small talk about "Stupid People."
January 19, 2009	A Family Brought Together	Roselyn goes bowling with Nicolas, then Abby joins in with them. Opal takes Abby's spot once she has to leave. Roselyn finds out Opal is her long lost Grandmother that she has never met.
