Death of a Canadian Surgeon

The death of someone in a foreign country tends to obtain little notice in and of itself. The fact that this particular surgeon was murdered in his very own office at the end of a workday, however, merits at least a footnote in New York papers. This footnote includes a name: Dr. Harold Fletcher.
