Biddy Flannigan's Irish Pub

Ambient lighting blankets the establishment in a soft luminescence, glowing in tones of appealing orange from the front face of the bar and low hanging light fixtures overhead. Old style brick walls given the pub an appealing depth, reflecting the tone of lights in a more amber hue down upon the lengths of the polished, wooden floors. The bar counter of lacquered dark wood stretches along the northern wall, the forefront for shelves of numerous liquors and the substantially sized LCD televisions spaced liberally behind it. The screens flicker with the latest games and news as the labeled spirit bottles wink from lighted shelves with a beckon of their own. Barstools and high tables welcome tipsy patrons to their support, scattered with throughout the barroom with a few wedge into the darker, quieter, and more secretive recesses. Over the bar are a few banners of sports teams, most notably one of English football club Manchester United.

The thick wooden door to the west is fitted with a single neon sign sponsored by one of the brews on tap, glowing in the door's center window to shed its light onto the sidewalk outside and summoning in new customers when the bar is open for business.

Being that magical hour when most people have been or are just getting out of work the bar is pretty busy. A lot of the tables are taken up with groups of people enjoying a good laugh at their boss' expense (sometimes literally with the company card) and while the bar isn't packed a number of the stools are taken up. Sabrina is on one of them, high heels tucked underneath while her feet rest on the bottom rung of the stool. In her hand is a bright green drink in a low glass that she's sipping while rubbing her temple. "No, no. Are you inept?" While it might seem like she's talking to the bartender, she's actually talking into the little bluetooth piece in her ear. "The meeting isn't being moved, it's been scheduled for a month. I don't care if he has to fly back from Norway. We'll expect him to be there, so make it happen. His daughter will have another birthday next year too. It's not like she's going to run out of them."

Adam walks into the bar with Michael. He's been waiting for this meeting for a little time. Being immortal sometimes makes one patient, and so he's given Sabrina time to recooperate. But now, he needs to know what's in that pretty little head of hers. He notices her at the bar and makes his way over, floating through the crowd easily. He's been to thousands of parties, tens of thousands, and walking through a crowd is a skill he's picked up. He sets up shop next to her, with this arms laid down upon the bar.

"I suppose she will eventually run out of them but it's not—" And there's a pause as Adam shows up. Sabrina carefully extends her feet a bit to slip her shoes back on while staying seated, "I'll call you back." She says abruptly, tapping the ear piece and then removing it. "Mister Monroe. Aren't you supposed to be at the theater?"

Adam mms, "You've seen one play about women who fall in love and then die, you've seen them all." he turns sidelong to Sabrina, "You have something more important for me." he slips his hand into his jacket and pulls out a weathered photograph of 12 old people smiling into the camera. It's the founders! a couple people have been x'ed out, noticably Kaito Nakamura, Robert Deveroux and Arthur Petrelli. But there's other smiling smug people there. He passes it over, "I need to know if you have any information on these people.

Sabrina reaches out to pick up the photograph, eyes scanning over the faces. She blinks a couple times like she's got something in her eye. "That's Arthur Patrelli, isn't it? Nathan Petrelli's father. And Kaito Nakamura who was—well, I guess the X's mean these people are no longer with us. I recognize a few of these faces," her tone is a little cautious but not overly so as she sets the paper back down on the bar. "I think there might have been files on them at Pinehearst, if that's what you're asking."

Adam tilts his head a moment, "Well, in a certain matter of speaking." he says. He leans back for a few moments and says, "But yes, that's exactly what I'm asking. I think Arthur Petrelli and Roger Goodman found information on these people." he says, "And I need that information. Particularly where they can be found."

Pushing through the door to the bar, dressed for another shift at Biddy's, Kaylee looks a bit distracted. Motorcycle helmet hanging from her hand, she makes her way through the crowd. Her beeline, takes her near Adam and Sabrina. This makes her pause, she looks curious and her agenda changes. She purposely slides by Micheal giving him a flirtatious smile and a sweet, "Hi Micheal," before slipping on to a stool near Adam and Sabrina. "Hello Adam… Sabrina." Her eyes drop to the picture, "Oops. I seem to be interrupting." She doesn't sound all that sorry about the interruption.

Sabrina takes a big sip of her drink before setting it on the bar and wincing as she rubs at her temple again. "I think—" she begins to say before Kaylee arrives. She gets a nod from Sabrina before she returns her attention to Adam. Michael gets ignored. He killed like a BILLION people. He's scary. "It might take a day or so, but I think I can get you last known whereabouts for at least some of them. If I remember the file coding correctly, I think that information is in some of the records we took. Shouldn't be hard for me to pinpoint it."

Adam considers this for a moment, "Alright." he says, "But I want them all. Think hard. Arthur wouldn't have had haphazard files. It's all in there somewhere." he turns to Kaylee and arches a brow for a moment and says, "Hello.." then frowns, "Shouldn't you be working?" and in fairness to Adam, he hasn't killed even close to a billion people. But….maybe a million. Four hundred years of fighting is a lot.

Kaylee pulls open her leather jacket so he can see she's dressed for it. "Don't worry.. I'm not shirking my punishment." She tells him blandly. "I got time before my shift." There is a small pout for Adam. "Oh ye of little faith." But then she looks a touch more serious like she wants to ask him something, but doesn't yet.

Sabrina gives Adam a very long look. The kind of look that maybe he's used to giving people and not getting in return, like she's looking through him. It's a look that says 'I know you. I know all about you. And I know what those X's mean and what you're probably going to do to these people once I tell you where they are.', which is a lot for one look to say but it's probably good that it is long winded since the only thing Sabrina actually says aloud is. "I will."

Adam turns to Sabrina and slowly smiles at her look. He leans in, almost as if to give her a kiss, but instead lets his lips lift lazily. There's a warning in that look. A warning that perhaps says 'What's one more?' but then he turns to Kaylee, affectionately pats her on the cheek. "Alright." he pauses, "Is something wrong?"

She doesn't miss that little interaction and there is almost a smug little smirk, but Kaylee stays quiet til Adam turns to her. She gives the man a bright smile at the cheek pat, before her eyes narrow a bit. SHe leans forward a bit and asks softly, "Was he right? Does Brian work for you now? Did you really do that?" She almost sounds like she doesn't want to believe it. "The creep that cornered me at the place I was working?"

When Adam leans forward Sabrina leans back and as he turns away she grimaces, picking up her drink and downing the rest of it. "Brian?" She asks, trying to remember if she knows of a Brian on the payroll. Surely it's not the Brian she's met. It's such a common name!

Adam nods to both of them, "I've hired Brian for the time being." he pauses, "Currently, I don't trust him and have told him that. But I'll throw some work his way and see how he deals with it. But we won't be coming on our," and he does say our, "little field trip." he turns to Sabrina, "When you get locations, start booking tickets for ten or so."

There is a blink. "Really?" Kaylee actually looks a bit put out by the news, a part of her kinda liked a cutie like that traveling with them. She doesn't say that outloud though, "Well… I dunno how he figured it out.. but he knows something about me. No idea how he knew. Persistant shit." She murmurs with a sigh. "Doesn't know all at least." She studies Adam and then brightens at the news. "You mean the we'll be going soon? Sweet."

Sabrina motions for a refill from the bartender. She feels like she's going to need it. "I'm going to need a more specific count than 'ten or so." She says in a very mild voice. "And names. Besides Kaylee, here. And Michael. And you." And not her. And -not- her!

"You." he pauses, "Huruma,. Ash. Tamsine." he pauses thoughtfully, "Jeffrey, Phillip…" he looks thoughtful, "Am I missing anyone?" he frowns. Sabrina is probably familiar with these names if not the people themselves. After all, Ash was there when she got all covered in blood and what not, "So…what's that…9? Ok. Nine tickets. The two newest employees, Brian and Jet will be left behind to do some work in the city. And we'll see what sort of dedication they have."

Glancing back at Michael, Kaylee gives him a bright smile, he's stuck with her. Maybe she can get Sabrina to happen to get Kaylee a seat next him. Hmm. "Tamsine?" She asks turning back to Adam. "Who is that?" She asks curiously.. "And Jet?" She frowns a bit, she's never heard of these people.

"Oh, no. No." Sabrina says as she picks up her newly refilled glass. It's a girl drink that smells kind of like candy. "The last time you took me somewhere, Mister Monroe, I ended up needing therapy. Unless you're willing to talk raises, I can manage your schedule over the phone." Kaylee's smile to Michael is noted and she takes a sip of her drink. "Shouldn't you be in school instead of gallavanting around helping with…hostile takeovers? Or," there's a glance to Adam, "Am I on the clock here? If so, ignore all of that and pretend those were all enthusiastic 'Yes, Sirs.' Except for the part where I'm not going."

Adam shakes his head, "Sabrina, like it or not, you're important to me." or, underlying that, what you can do is important. "I need you by my side. Or…there in case there's anything I need…quickly analyzed." he reaches over and pats her hand, "I don't need to remind you how well compensated you are. Think of it as a vacation." a vacation with death and destruction. "In fact, we're all going first class." announcing it as if it was some sort of treat."

Realizing she's being addressed, Kaylee glances to Sabrina. "Well.. The new semester starts soon, but.." She leans against Adam, giving him a look of admiration. "Adam here needs my help, and I'm looking forward to… hostile takeovers." She glances over at Sabrina giving her a grin, there is a glint of something there.. something kind of… well, cold. "I'm going to college on daddy's dime, missing a semster shouldn't be too bad." At Adam's announcement, Kaylee sits up straight. "Seriously?! That would be cool. Never been first class before."

Sabrina does not look terribly mollified and her second drink disappears much more quickly than the first did. "Wonderful. I'll start working on my excuses to airport security as to why you need to have a ridiculously large sword on you at all times. Why, officer, do you not know about Highlanders? One can never be too careful."

Adam mms, "The sword won't be going anywhere. We'll make do with what we find on the road." he pauses for a few moments, "You'll find I have quite a few contacts."

Chuckling, Kaylee shakes her head. "Oh Sabrina that would be amusing to watch. I doubt your people skills are that good.." She rolls her shoulds back and gives a little wiggle, "Though flash a little cleavage.. might work if the security person is a guy." Adam's choice to leave the sword at home is met with a sigh. "Woulda been fun to watch her try."

"I'm sure Mister Monroe will think of some other test for my talents." Sabrina drawls, reaching up to make sure every button on her blouse is done. No cleavage here! She reaches into the pocket of her skirt and sets down some money for her two drinks. "You probably shouldn't be transporting antiques like that around. Or minors." Kaylee is eyed.
