The U.S. Geological Survey reported a localized disturbance in Flushing, Queens, Saturday evening. Local authorities were dispatched to the scene at roughly 6:40 PM and discovered several thousand dollars in damages to a block of rowhouses across the street from a local park. Although still too early to speculate, media outlets are already pinning the blame on one or more terrakinetics and calling for the Department of Evolved Affairs to make a statement and open an official investigation into the incident's source.

An unidentified woman, 45, was injured and remains in critical condition at St. Luke's Hospital while a local man, David Soto, 32, was taken into custody by the NYPD at the scene and is being held for questioning.
