Financial District Power Grid Restored

FINANCIAL DISTRICT, Manhattan - Two months following the destruction of the Municipal Building by pro-evolved terrorists, the Financial District power grid has finally been restored to proper working order. Having been plagued with rolling blackouts due to the strain on the remaining grid, residents of the area are now breathing a sigh of relief with construction on the damaged sections of the grid having finally been completed.

Damage to surrounding buildings from the collapse of the Municipal Building is still underway, and construction of a replacement to the destroyed Municipal Building is not expected to begin for at least two years. During the interim, government offices have been operating out of the Linderman Group building and that may continue to be the case for the foreseeable future.
