Paul Heart, Pro Human Rights Attorny has turned his heroic actions as a Class 0 Evolved into a political career. He is a shining becon of hope for the future.

Paul Heart was a courageous Pro-Evolved Civil right lawyer. A hero of the Bomb, he was one of the first to register under the Linderman act as a Tier 0 Evolved with powers associated with light generation. He made no secret of his evolved status, using his powers in commercials for his law firm, and taking up pro bono cases with evolved defendants. He preached that all evolved were brothers and that no man should be descriminated because of the color of thier genes. With the fall of the Petrelli's and the repealing of the Linderman act, Heart became one of the most asked for guests on many political talk shows. He was amongst the crowd at Coumbia on that fateful day, and was hurt by flying shrapnel saving another person's life. Unlike 14 other victims he lived. Damage from the shrapnel wound have caused his left arm to be paralyzed, and while evolved healing is availble, he refuses to accept it, citing that it should be saved for those that need it more. After Columbia he became a man more and more people began to notice, and ran for mayor of New York in 2012. During his six years as Mayor he has made sure that the city has taken a hardline attitude toward anyone who would discriminate against evolved. In 2016 he was convinced by his advisors that he could do more for the Evolved in Washington then he could in New York and was elected as a Republican to the U.S. Senate. As of 2019 he serves as junior Senator from New York. He has aquired several committee postings on evolved rights and is rumored to be considering drafting a constitutional anti-genetic discrimnation ammendment.
