Plot
- After the terrible confrontation with the Vanguard at Eagle Electric, Elisabeth Harrison comes to Sarisa Kershner to report in… and Sarisa has a plan that involves Elisabeth being arrested. (Stacking the Deck, Exodus 21:23)
