Graeme: There's pretty much no way that Graeme doesn't end up fighting in the civil war. His ability to endure puts him in danger plenty of times but doesn't get him killed (working on rewrite of ability for reapplication taking into account things like ~recovering from acute radiation poisoning~). Eventually he ends up with Brian's lighthouse initiative, and then in settling into legitimacy with whatever the Lighthouse is running in the Safe Zone. At some point in 2013 Graeme and Remi have a kid (still working out details) and eventually Graeme acquiesces to being a family, of whatever form that they manage.

New alt tentative named Eimi Faith d'Arcy. Claiming the PB Phoebe Tonkin. She's a wildcard and I'm leaving her unaffiliated in terms of factions for the moment, coming of age (somewhere between 18-20 in present) in the American civil war. power is short range personal teleportation.

Ygraine would be entirely willing to work with Graeme throughout the civil war: while there'll certainly be specific tasks best undertaken by one alone, they make a good team, trust each other, and have shared experience in training and in the field.

During the war, Lighthouse and Liberty goals could be 100% aligned much of the time: rescuing people in need, knowing where they wind up, and being able to get in contact with them again - with potential for documenting war crimes as they're discovered in the field.

Post-war… whether Liberty winds up as a full faction or just a background thing Ygraine tries to keep going personally, she'll be glad of any help she can get from Graeme, and any that she can provide to the Lighthouse. And as one of the closest parts of the Endgame 'family', she'd absolutely want to stay in touch anyway.
