Here is a very broadstrokes rundown of the events I am reasonably sure will shake out with the November Eltingville scenes. There is room in between for individual action and variation.
November 8
As you know, this is the day Eltingville residents began their protests in the form of raiding the community centre and driving out DoEA/DHS presence. For a few days, they had the run of the neighbourhood. A safe quarter was set up in a section of neighbourhood to protect more vulnerable residents against looting and chaos. Active peaceful protest formed a blockade around the main official buildings and clinics, and supplies were dispersed amongst the residents.
November 11
During a protest at the Oakdale Community Center, the DoEA sent in some people to try to broker peace with protest organisers and drop off supplies. After a tense stand-off, an Evolved person assassinated one of the DoEA agents, Katie Sebastian.
This triggered a Strikingly Well Organised response in the form of a parade of robots driving people down with negation case and attack bots. The safe quarter was also broken and dispersed.
Power was cut off from the community, creating dependence on the now reclaimed Oakdale Community Center for basic provisions. Raids to reclaim supplies and arrest persons of interest commenced. Some took this moment of opportune chaos to escape. Some failed.
Aftermath and Uprising
In the days that followed, those arrested (whether because they attempted to escape or were labeled an undesirable) were brought to a detainment centre, and under Heller's supervision and his FRONTLINE team, were publicly executed.
During one such ceremony, things took a turn when the robots suddenly turned allegiance and began an assault, supported by a strike team of heroic individuals of the terrorist kind. Those who were not killed escaped, and many peaceful residents took the opportunity to escape into the wilderness.
What is left to RP?
Basically a scene or two that encapsulates the aftermath and uprising, probably smaller groups divided up. Let me know here if you'd like to be involved, or have any questions.
