Logan lives in in Bay Ridge, and owns an antique parlor which also trades in stolen items and money laundering. He tries to keep this aspect of his business fairly low key so as not to draw attention to himself, but sometimes, he will get greedy if a particularly good opportunity comes along. He also hosts exclusive ???illegal?? poker nights where he wrings money out of gambling addicts or otherwise opens the floor for those skilled at cards to do so themselves.
On Staten Island, he manages The Crucible, a highly illegal, high-stakes fight club that hosts weekly cage nights and monthly event nights.
Currently, he's trying to discreetly sell some PSM pistols, so buyers welcome. Welcome are also sellers, gamblers, people who might either assist in the running of the Crucible or participate, and anyone willing to get their hands dirty for money. He generally stays away from drug sales, now.
Etienne is a newer addition to New York City, and will make his money quietly moving people and goods between boroughs, or further, by water. He is also a big muscly dude so is ideal for work that requires one of these. His background is that of a world-roaming pirate, and he also helped smuggle refugees out of the States during the war. Sometimes that went badly.
He will haunt Staten Island a lot and turn up in bars and quiet places, poking around curiously. He will very likely not be seen in the Safe Zone, being both unregistered and not at all an American citizen.
Astrid is an NPC involved in the human trafficking operation on Staten Island. She is also in general a trouble maker and I will inflict her on people in time! She lives on Staten Island, but will prowl around other ruined areas and the Safe Zone as she is wont.
