NEW YORK CITY — The Humanis First! graffiti that has been appearing over various parts of the city is meeting the rivalry of other taggers. The Humanis First! imagery invokes a swinging noose and sometimes the 'Rise Up' slogan taken directly from Phoenix; these nooses have been found tagged near or on places and businesses that happen to be owned by or friendly to the Evolved population. Many of these images have now been painted over by the familiar stenciling of Phoenix itself; the various styles of the birds have been appearing since Spring of this year, however the targeted canvasses in recent sightings happen to be the rather stark and disturbing images left by Humanis First! within the past few days.
