MANHATTAN - In a statement delivered today by public relations director Kain Zarek, the Linderman Group officially announced that it would be donating 113 million dollars to the Midtown Reclamation Project slated to begin in 2011. Quoted as saying, "The people of New York need hope, they need to be able to look to the future without worrying about the city they love falling apart around them. New York has suffered many tragedies in its history, suffered many injustices, but it has weathered them all and always come out stronger in the end. The Linderman Group believes that New York will come out of this most recent tragedy stronger than before, because New Yorkers are the most resilient, most hopeful, and most proud people I know."

The Midtown Reclamation Project is the brainchild of President Nathan Petrelli, and part of a greater restructuring initiative for the city of New York that had been put into work during his senatorial run prior to the 2008 elections.

While grand in scope, work in earnest on the rebuilding of Midtown Manhattan - destroyed in the 2006 nuclear detonation caused by now world-infamous serial killer Sylar - is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2011, with the majority of the demolitions and rebuilding finished sometime before 2015.
