Outside Electric is operated out of a home and garage in the Elmhurst district of the Safe Zone. The proprietor, Caspian Dussalt, is experienced with all sorts of electrical installs, up to and including solar panel and battery bank installs. Storage is in the room beneath the main house on the left, with his branded van parked in the garage on the right.
