The Safe Zone Siren is a small, independent newspaper run out of a run down brownstone in Ferrymen's Bay. The Siren is a 12-page rag, largely consisting of local gossip, rumors, and opinion pieces spun up by its owner Quentin Frady. The Siren is printed locally in the Safe Zone at a printing press in Bay Ridge. For all that the Siren is a gossip rag, it has the infrastructure and dedication to become a better newspaper if someone could just herd Quentin to channel his nervous energy into something constructive.
