White Hills is a census-designated place in Mohave County, Arizona, United States and is just over an hour away from Las Vegas, Nevada. White Hills was once the site of a planned mining community which was abandoned during the Second American Civil War. White Hills is now a ghost town and a part of the PSW Dead Zone. On paper the entire town is owned by the Deveaux Society, a charitable organization with ties to SESA. The Deveaux Society has made no attempts to reclaim the ruined settlement.
