The Company

The Company was a secret society of SLC-Expressives formed in 1961 following the Coyote Sands massacre. The Company secretly guided the history of the world from behind the scenes, using their abilities to manipulate politicians, presidents, and kings alike. In their heyday they were led by a group of 12 of their surviving founding members. The Company eventually became a massive, corrupt, and decadent organization leading to the tragic Midtown Explosion and their betrayal by the US Government. The Company ceased to exist in 2010.

Known to All

• The Company was a clandestine group that used their abilities to keep the existence of SLC-Expressives secret for over 40 years. They secretly imprisoned, murdered, and mentally-manipulated tens of thousands of people.
• The above knowledge came to light first in 2010 in a series of news articles about the Company.
• Even more information about the Company's illicit activities came about during the Albany Trials after the Second American Civil War when surviving leadership were tried and executed for their crimes.
• The Company once maintained a system of "bagging and tagging" of SLC-Expressive individuals by abducting and studying them, erasing evidence of their abilities, and observing them following a radio isotope injection.
• The twelve primary leaders of the company were Arthur Petrelli, Angela Petrelli, Daniel Linderman, Kaito Nakamura, Victoria Pratt, Bob Bishop, Maury Parkman, Charles Deveaux, Carlos Mendez, Harry Fletcher, Paula Gramble, and Susan Amman.
• The Company maintained secret bases of operation and research facilities across the world.
• Some members of the Company walk free today, having turned on their organization, eluded capture, or were tried and given plea bargains.

Known to Some

• Unbeknownst to the general public, Adam Monroe was a founding member of the Company.

Known to Few

• Between 1981 and 1984 the Company was involved in a confrontation with one of the most powerful SLC-Expressive beings ever to exist and in the wake of its defeat erased all record of its existence in the Redaction.
