The City of Antananarivo is the capital of Madagascar. The site of the most critical battle pf Operation Apollo's Arrow, Antananarivo was once the seat of power for the Vanguard operative Edmond Rasoul, the nation's fascist dictator. Following the explosive battles of the Madagascar Liberation War, the city of Antananarivo is now in the process of reconstruction that will likely the better part of a decade.
