WASHINGTON D.C. - For the second time since its inception, the FRONTLINE Act is once again hitting Congress. Having garnered favorable support late last year, the FRONTLINE Act would begin the creation of a specialized government task force of Evolved Individuals present in each of the continental United States.

According to the revised wording of this new draft of the act, groups of anywhere from five to fifteen individuals would be chosen from a pool of talented military and law-enforcement candidates across the country and put through a rigorous training regimen to educate them on their ability and give them necessary real-world training on urban warfare and guerrilla fighting tactics.

FRONTLINE is the brainchild of Vice President Andrew Mitchell, a part of his Evolved Initiative which, in tandem with the Linderman Act, could reimagine how the American people see the Evolved in their society.

FRONTLINE has seen strong opposition from Anti-Evolved lobbyists in Congress for months now, that are nervous about the presence of a specialized Evolved military task force, and it is this very anxiety that has made the bill's passing so turbulent.

Should the FRONTLINE Act pass, the states of New York, Massachusetts, California, Florida and Virginia will be the first five states to appoint FRONTLINE teams, with future expansions progressing at a rate of five states per year.

he vote on the FRONTLINE Act comes up in Congress at the end of May, and citizens of the initial five states could see formation of FRONTLINE groups as soon as the beginning of July.

MASSACHUSETTS - Scientists at MIT have put out a report on Monday indicating that the national percentage of reported Evolved births for 2008 was down almost 16% since 2007. This marks the second year of steady decline in reported births of children to registered Evolved parents. While this number may not be indicative of an overall drop in population density of the Evolved, due to lack of nationwide support for Registration and proper recognition of Evolved births in all states, it does serve as an eye-opener towards potential answers to the mystery of the Evolved.

Professor David Levey indicated that one MIT professor of statistics who departed the university in late 2008 had been working on what professed was a global patterning to Evolved births surrounding instances of full solar eclipses.

These journals originally published in 2007 by Doctor Edward Ray indicated the possibilities that unknown environmental conditions linked to the events of total solar eclipses have matched records in the governments Registry of Evolved for dates of first manifestation of abilities, as well as births of Evolved individuals.

While Doctor Ray's research was never finished, Professor Levey insists that the recent decline in reported births since the last total solar eclipse in the United States in 2007 could potentially mean that another population spike could occur during the next total solar eclipse scheduled to occur over India, eastern Nepal, northern Bangladesh, Bhutan, the northern tip of Myanmar, central China and the Pacific Ocean, including Ryukyu Islands, Marshall Islands and Kiribati. Totality will be visible in many cities such as Surat, Varanasi, Patna, Thimphu, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Hangzhou and Shanghai, as well as over the Three Gorges Dam.

COLORADO - Six students were killed and twenty three more injured when a suicide bombing tied to the extremist anti-evolved group Humanis First was executed Tuesday morning.

According to the Boulder Police, Thomas James Chase (17) entered his first period biology class carrying a backpack that contained two live grenades. The grenades were detonated in the classroom as the first bell rung, and witnesses to the incident are stating that Thomas rose from his seat and shouted "Humanis First" before releasing the grenades at his feet.

Seven of the injured students who survived are in critical condition but are expected to survive.

This marks the second most deadly killing associated with Humanis First in Colorado in the last five months. It is unknown at this time how Chase was able to sneak the hand grenades past the school's metal detectors, or if any of the classmates that were killed were Evolved Humans.
