PARIAH Protocols

This is a temporary discussion, soon to be information based page with regard to PARIAH security protocols.

Please feel free to add suggestions and ideas for PARIAH related espionage and tactical info.

Escape & Evade

• Yellow - All members of PARIAH are to carry some kind of accessory or clothing article colored yellow at all times. This can be a bracelet, a shirt, a du-rag, a handkerchief, anything that is innocuous but visible. If you spot a PARIAH member wearing this color, even in a seemingly innocuous, safe environment, proceed to E&E.

• Graffiti - Since we already do the whole Fortis Et Liber thing, there's no reason we can't incorporate symbology if given the opportunity. It can be scratched, painted, written on any surface that will concievably be seen with none the wiser. A symbol for E&E, as well as things like safehouses and such are viable.

• The tenement itself can have some indication of E&E status, whether it's a particular window with a curtain in it, the placement of a certain tree on the roof, an upside down dog bowl, or the manner in which a particular welcome mat is placed.

• Codeword - there can be particular, innocent sounding phrases that can be used to indicate that an E&E is necessary.

Propaganda

• Graffiti - Fortis Et Liber is seen in various parts of New York. This message as well as additional urban artwork remind the public of the presence of PARIAH, as well as sending a message out to fellow Evolved.

• Audio/Video Pirating - What better way to spread the message then over radio and tv? Pre-recorded broadcasts can hijack the airwaves.

• Leaflets - Leaflet drops to spread information are an easy way to inform the public. It also occupies city resources.
