- November 28, 2009: close encounter left Francois turned to stone but residually conscious. She was bait in an ambush utilizing what also appeared to be Grigori's illusory concealment and disguises, as it later became apparent(1) not even Anya herself was entirely immune to the adjusted details of the illusions. Several other team members were shot.
(1) Teo used his ability to follow Anya after the ambush. She gradually withdrew from the conflict area and eventually regrouped with other soldiers and began to move in a non-linear fashion to a presumed barrack or fall-back location, remaining fairly radio-dark. Teodoro had to abandon the espionage effort before they reached safety, lest they moved beyond the range of his travel capacity.

- November 24, 2009: While researching at the University, Francois Allegre spotted his office door and recognized the name as that of a man Volken sent to kill him in 1994. He and Cat perused his office, taking care to not leave traces of their presence.
When the event was shared with Elisabeth, Teo, Abby, and Felix Teo suggested he might be able to do some recon with his SLC ability. (See below).
Cat advanced that idea by suggesting the man's class schedule could be obtained, thus establishing times he'll be at certain places, we can have a person within range of Teo's ability to jump from person to person and bring him back to the Spektor house. This will allow him to experience his life, learn where he goes and who he meets with.
It also allows us to hopefully collect data on this man and his associates without alerting anyone of our interest.
(OOC note: This entry also has the photographs taken in that office, including a map with pins in various countries. Black pins, stuck in Russia, Argentina, Madagascar, China, and New York stand out among the others.)
- November 28, 2009: Teo has done some recon using his Evolved ability, spending a long day interfaced with Dreyfus' normal 5 senses. Dreyfus does not appear to have current active Vanguard duties, and his conduct is normal to a passionately dedicated civilian professor, clearly indicating that his day job is more than merely a cover. This may change as the Vanguard is put on alert.
He has a son, Robbie Dreyfus, a student at Ryazan State University. Robbie displayed no Evolved ability nor Vanguard-related affiliations for the 24-hour duration of surveillance. Father and son appear to have an amicable relationship, following the death of mother and wife Christine.
- December 4, 2009: Following the dinner party, Carlisle Dreyfus called Zhukovsky and demanded to know whether the illusionist was aware Munin is timed to detonate. Zhukovsky seemed unpleasantly surprised at news of detonation, if not about the actual bomb, claiming he had no such foreknowledge. When he asked Dreyfus where he learned of this, Dreyfus did not betray the Russian unit's confidence.
- December 14, 2009: Carlisle responded to a notification about Munin's known detonation date (22nd) by contacting Francois while Teo was spying. Carlisle described the nuclear warhead initiative as a collaboration by many operatives who were not aware of the objective, so as to reduce chance of rebellion, except for one man, Mikhail Wagner who seemed to have much greater responsibilities and awareness of the operation's workings.
Wagner remained dedicated to Volken's cause even after news of the leader's death drove Zhukovsky to try and persuade him otherwise. Zhukovsky sent an operative codenamed Skoll to negotiate with Wagner to get the warhead Hugin and the location of Munin in Berlin, when the United Nations raided the facility. Zhukovsky's plan to have Skoll assassinate Wagner and claim both items fell through. Wagner and Skoll both escaped.
Dreyfus believes Wagner is carrying Munin somewhere on his tanker, the Verano, the Invictus' sister ship (BOATS ARE ALWAYS 'SHE') and plans to set it off to restart civilization with the Vanguard as leaders.
After the meeting with Francois, Carlisle's behavior toward his son, Robbie took a turn for aggressive and anxious. He called Robbie out on being out of the house frequently without explanation, and timing suggests father suspects son of involvement with the Vanguard.

- November 24, 2009: This man's name was found in a Ryazan newspaper at the University. He is openly Evolved, a healer. The article cited the abduction and killing of his girlfriend; Faina Mezentseva, twenty-two, a ballerina. Her body was found outside Grigori Zhokovsky's Ironworks.
- A man believed to be Dr. Koslow spoke with Abby, Teo, and Felix near that place; he seemed to have walked a long way to get there.
- When he is available, the man is currently away, Cat and Abby plan to visit him. It's speculated the Vanguard killed Faina because he wouldn't give them what they wanted, or maybe just for fun if he did.
- November 27, 2009: Dr. Koslow's office was visited by Elisabeth and Francois without an appointment. It was verified the doctor is still away, but contact was made with Ryazan politician called Lyuba Kolosova. Kolosova gave them prescription medication for an exaggerated price given the illegal nature of the transaction, and warned them never to visit that place again, that it is far better to stick with tourist hotels and clinics. Kolosova, however, did share that Koslow and Faina allegedly saw a mythical water creature which is said to herald bad luck.
- November 30, 2009: Cat and Abby paid a visit to the Clinic with an appointment gained ahead of time. Ascertained that Faina was indeed killed by the Vanguard because Kozlow refused to heal Zhukovsky's workers and join them. They procured as well, Dr. Kozlow's help to try and return Francois to his normal state. It was successful, with so far, none of the warned possible side effects yet. Kozlow asked to be left along after and to "Forget you ever met me"
- December 7, 2009: The clinic burned down. Dr. Kozlow suffers from third degree burns and smoke inhalation. Ethan was present at the time and pulled the physician from the ruins of the clinic and saved him from further harm. This occurred after Dr. Kozlow had been warned about an overheard conversation regarding "taking care of the irritating healer' by Elisabeth.
- December 9, 2009: Abigail visited Kozlow in the hospital and has offered to see if the Ferryman can help him and relocate him somewhere relatively safe from the Vanguard. He revealed a bit more about Zhukovsky's ability and how it works, that the Rusalka likely and the ghost of his father, was cause by him. That the ability is like a snake with it's tongue in your ear that knows your fears and desires.

In 2008 the institute was publicly sold to the United States Government and became a part of a research and development branch of the Department of Defense, publicly researching the Evolved and technological and scientific breakthroughs relating to the Evolved.
Jean Martin Luis is not an American citizen, and there is no record of a Juliette Luis being born in the US. Given that Luis' background clearly explains his French national heritage, a conversation with the French Embassy and a few days of research will pull up public records of a death of a Juliette Michelle Luis in 1973 in Paris from an unknown viral infection she contracted while abroad in India with her family one year prior. She was survived by her parents, Jean Martin Luis and Juliette Beaumont-Luis. Her mother passed away in 2005 of natural causes.
Luis was born in Domont, France. He entered the Ecole Normale Superieure (a pretigious French school) in 1966, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree (Licence) in 1968 and a Master's degree (Diplome d'Etudes Superieure) in 1969. He also received his agregation in natural science the same year. He began his scientific career during his ENS years during summer internships in Banyuls-sur-Mer where he identified a new genus of parasitic Copepod. He pursued PhD studies at the Pasteur Institute under the direction of Jacques Monod and Andre Jacobs, and gained his doctorate in 1972. In 1973 his daughter Juliette passed away from an unknown viral infection gained while traveling abroad with her family in India. Her death crushed Dr.Luis, and began his obsession with understanding the nature of the virus that killed her.
Luis left France for postdoctoral studies first at the University of California Berkeley in (1975-1976), several years after his daughter's death. His obsession with scientific pursuits had destroyed his marraige in the wake of Juliette's death, leading to his divorce from his wife in 1977. Luis then studied at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, New-York (1977). He returned to France as attache to the chair of Molecular Biology held by Jacques Monod. In 1982, he became director of the Unit of Molecular Neurobiology at the Pasteur Institute, where he received a professorship in 1985. In 1985, Luis was elected professor at the College de France, chair of Cell Communications, position that he held until 2007.
Following the revelation of the Evolved in 2007, Luis contacted the now famous Dr. Mohinder Suresh and began a partnership with the doctor that would eventually found the Commonwealth Institute of Science and Research in the state of Massachusetts in the United States.
Luis is an acclaimed neuroscientist known for his research in several fields of biology, from th structure and functions of proteins to the early development of the nervous system up to cognitive functions. Luis is known by the non-scientific public for his ideas regarding the connection between mind and physical brain as put forth in his book, Conversations on the Mind and the Matter of Mathematics. He is the author of more than 600 scientific articles and several books, technical or for general audience.
He pretends to be the father of Julie and Liette Fournier, possibly involved with efforts to keep them from their true parents and use them for illicit experimental purposes. He is directly complicit with efforts to re-imprison Liette Fournier as a lab rat, fostering sub-zero weather and a string of unnatural blizzards to regain possession of her.
He may, however, have been coerced into the Institute's current path. Eve Mas suggested this was so.

During her time in New York City, Eileen's been a busy woman. At one point, she accompanied Amato to the bowling alley when he committed a murder. She was once assaulted by the violent version of Peter Petrelli as a means to send a message to Sylar. At one point she was captured and held by this organization, traded for Cat.
Miss Ruskin was later Phoenix's informant, and her cover was blown when Phoenix interfered with the assassination attempt on Allen Rickham after her alert. She was also made to leave the KVG.
Her response to Phoenix operatives was varied for a time; her overall attitude angry and independent. Her information during that period was suspected of being disinformative. At the battle on Verrazano Narrows Bridge she assisted in defeating Kazimir Volken, and went into the water after Agent Carmichael's psychic assault.
Over the months after Kazimir's defeat, her attitudes softened somewhat. She gravitated to the Ferry and aided us with the Moab assault.
Arthur Petrelli targeted her at one point, he stole her ability and may have extracted information from her by telepathy. She claimed he was after her memories, but none were taken from her.
She also took part in the Pinehearst raid, going in with a group of other Remnants to retrieve the body of Gabriel Gray.
During her time with the Vanguard, she was called Munin. May have understanding and info regarding Else Kjelstrom's songs. Hearing one of those songs scared Eileen.
She has been recently assaulted by Feng Daiyu in his search for Ethan Holden, on one occasion reportedly rescued by Peter Petrelli.
8/25/2009: Eileen swept both locations specified by Helena on the morning of August 25th using her birds in search of Elisabeth Harrison and/or her captors. She reported this:
- No sign of Humanis First activity at Coney Island or the Brooklyn harbour, though she did catch Peter Petrelli poking his nose around Piers 7 and 8.
- This is not a surprise; if Humanis First is anything like the Vanguard in terms of the way it operates, they don't spend much time in one place and have many different locations they can utilize. Bill and Danko's people aren't taking chances, being stupid about their movements or forming predictacle habits, which is itself worrying and suggests a degree of paramilitary competency that has the potential to rival Vanguard's.
- Eileen recommends Helena and Cat speak with Ethan Holden and Jensen Raith about their time with Vanguard to get a better understanding of how people like Danko and Bill think. Ethan's insight, especially, might be helpful.
8/28/2009: Miss Ruskin was with Gabriel Gray at the Frontline ball, part of a joint mission to see what information could be obtained there. She had an encounter with Minea Dahl prior to the disastrous attempt at arresting Emile Danko. May have escaped the scene with Gabriel; Eileen rushed into the crowd calling his name. She is expected to contact Cat at some point and possibly share information.
9/3/2009: Eileen called for a meeting of Ferry people at the Foxhole, where she displayed a lack of understanding basic principles by criticizing decisions to aid Maxwell Quinn after the HF attack on his movie set and manifestation of extrahuman ability. She recommended her counsel be sought regarding how to address HF, given her time with a similar organization. Intention to contact Cat for possible info sharing remains.
She and Ethan Holden remain close, he's viewed as a father figure. Cat's agreement not to seek vengeance on him played a part in the thawing of ice between them.

First reported by Mona. Was present at the Suresh Center dedication. Ex-Marine and former government operative; leads a group of other militantly-inclined individuals, likely with similar backgrounds — numbers unknown. Full service record from 1979 onward, obtained through law enforcement circles, appears entirely clean. What comes from technopathic sources tells a slightly different story.
Cat's searches through the media turned up hits on Danko's family being taken in 1971 because of his father. In 1994 there were mentions of his father's execution with notes about him being survived by a single son who has given himself over to service to his country as if in defiance of his father's activities.
He was briefly interviewed in a HomeSec capacity about curious occurrences and minor disasters in the mid to late 2000s that could probably be speculated to have been caused by evolved abilities in retrospect. The Angola incident in 1997 is the most interesting of these. It wasn't actually huge in the papers at the time, but it was definitely written about.
Many marine and civilian casualties (including women and children) were reported at the conclusion of an Angola "coup" at the height of the Angolan civil war, wherein communist sympathizers rose up in a town that was previously thought to have UNITA leanings and got the drop on Danko's squad (purportedly stationed there to keep peace and distribute aid between the two political factions after a prior blowout between them.)
Less than half a dozen marines, including Danko, survived and portions of the town were completely obliterated. So was most of the local population. Conspiracy theorists batted the ordeal around a little and there was briefly talk of a zombie virus accidentally being unleashed via military experimentation in the area, but nothing ever came of it or was proven. There was a classified military investigation into want went on, and shortly after its conclusion, Danko was honorably discharged because of injuries he suffered in the course of the ordeal.
Each of these items has been scanned and saved in her computer as well as printed out for distribution.
8/23/2009: Carried out attack on a Staten Island safehouse somewhere close to the docks. The target was a trap and partly successful: it led to HF capturing and torturing Elisabeth Harrison. She was shot in the head, fortunately they didn't bother to check a pulse and make sure she was dead. 8/25/2009: Attacked Beach Street safehouse on Staten Island using information obtained by torture. Elisabeth Harrison later recovered in extremely bad shape.
8/28/2009: Attended ball introducing Frontline Unit One to New York society. Was subdued by Minea Dahl, prompting assault on that event to free him. HF demonstrated their members are never alone even if they seem so. They are able to respond swiftly and are well armed. RPGs and tear gas were used, along with assault rifles. They drove an ice cream truck into the location and escaped with Danko, leaving members of Frontline wounded and the building entrance badly damaged. FBI agent Felix Ivanov was captured in this action.

- November 28, 2009: Zhukovsky's ability was obviously involved in the ambush that left Francois petrified and others injured by bullets. Using his ability, he disguised Anya Orlova in green civilian clothes as she played the part of bait, and concealed the snipers on the second floor of the nearby buildings. According to Teo, who used astral projection to enter Anya's senses, Anya was also susceptible to minor details of the illusions despite that she is Zhukovsky's ally.
- December 2, 2009: James Muldoon, erstwhile companion of John Logan and partner in the underground fight ring out on Staten Island, was reported by Robert Caliban - a Linderman stooge - to be in Moscow as of several months ago. He was positively identified as in personal contact with Zhukovsky and taking orders from him. Whether he is a freelance contractor or an actual member of Vanguard remains to be seen. In addition, previously he had been believed to be a Linderman operative, so the possibility exists that either he infiltrated the Vanguard for Linderman, or else he was a Vanguard plant in Linderman's operation. Which side he falls on is unknown at this time, but given that Caliban/Linderman were willing to give Muldoon to the authorities in return for leaving Logan alone, it's possible that he's an unlikely ally in the viper's nest.
- December 4, 2009: Following the dinner party, Carlisle Dreyfus called Zhukovsky and demanded to know whether the illusionist was aware Munin is timed to detonate. Zhukovsky seemed unpleasantly surprised at news of detonation, if not about the actual bomb, claiming he had no such foreknowledge. When he asked Dreyfus where he learned of this, Dreyfus did not betray the Russian unit's confidence.

This is an entity which enters dreams and affects their course. It remains undetermined if the person is alive with a physical body or deceased and traveling. The entity manifests in dreams it invades and taps into the Shadow, a thing defined in Jungian terms as all the target's doubts and fears, everything a person hates about oneself, but also the worst parts of the self one doesn't like to acknowledge. Control of it is seized and used to force surrender to one's fears.
Each Shadow, however, has an opposite force in the dreaming mind. A Persona, or Patronus, which represents all the things one likes about the self. The target mind's best qualities. If under attack, this can be invoked by force and strength of will to drive the invader out.
The entity's goal is suicide by the invaded person. Most attacks on people not taught how to resist end with the target at the very edge of suicide, more often than not prevented from success by outside intervention. It is not known how many targets have killed themselves, nor how long the entity has been operating.
There are three known methods of resistance: Monitored sleep, invoking the Persona, and assistance from one or more other dreamwalkers. Hokuto Ichihara has been fighting the entity for some time, and has reportedly created passages by which persons not graced with dreamwalking abilities may still enter the minds of others to give assistance. A cadre of people have been recruited in this effort, among them Helena Dean after she herself survived an attack.
There are dangers to entering another's dreaming mind: Telepaths are capable of trapping invaders and visitors within their own minds, leaving the original body unable to take care of itself and eventually die unless discovered and tended to for however long is necessary. If a target of the entity dies, it's very possible any dream visitor will die too.
A dream visitor may present itself in whatever form it chooses, to either blend with a dream or stand out, but is likely not able to shift conditions in the dream. Assistance is given by interacting with the target, the target's Persona, and the Shadow to repel the attack. One's SLC ability may be employed in the dream visitation, and in one's own dreams. It is said control of powers in dreamscapes may be better than while awake.
Hokuto Ichihara and Angela Petrelli are said to have faced this entity directly in the past and achieved some measure of success, making it become dormant for a span of years. There is no known pattern to the entity's attacks, they seem random. January 29, 2010: Hokuto Ichihara dreamvisited a group of people and gave a seminar covering the above facts. She also shared a belief this entity was responsible for the mass suicides of the Thirty-Five. Plans are being formed to combat and destroy the entity in a permanent way; for now resistance strategy is for those briefed people and others as they're recruited to enter dreams and confront it directly.
February 2, 2010: Hokuto Ichihara drew three individuals into the dreaming mind of a teen under attack from the entity. During the encounter which followed, it was demonstrated not necessary to encourage and boost the dreamer to expel the attacker on her or his own. No Persona was seen to manifest. The response team was able to engage and win the battle directly. It remains a matter of speculation as to whether or not the invader was cast out or chose to depart for seemingly greener pastures, but it did vanish from the target's mind. December 14, 2009: Carlisle responded to a notification about Munin's known detonation date (22nd) by contacting Francois while Teo was spying. Carlisle described the nuclear warhead initiative as a collaboration by many operatives who were not aware of the objective, so as to reduce chance of rebellion, except for one man, Mikhail Wagner who seemed to have much greater responsibilities and awareness of the operation's workings.
Wagner remained dedicated to Volken's cause even after news of the leader's death drove Zhukovsky to try and persuade him otherwise. Zhukovsky sent an operative codenamed Skoll to negotiate with Wagner to get the warhead Hugin and the location of Munin in Berlin, when the United Nations raided the facility. Zhukovsky's plan to have Skoll assassinate Wagner and claim both items fell through. Wagner and Skoll both escaped.
Dreyfus believes Wagner is carrying Munin somewhere on his tanker, the Verano, the Invictus' sister ship (BOATS ARE ALWAYS 'SHE') and plans to set it off to restart civilization with the Vanguard as leaders.

Has possibly already been approached by Adam Monroe; they were seen together in Chelsea in early August at the same time the quake hit there.
Elisabeth has come into possession of a bunch of information on our terrakinetic's history that seems relevant. In 1979, Norman White's father killed his mother in a highly publicized murder-suicide story — supposedly she was cheating on him (though no evidence ever surfaced to support that theory, which the media played up) and he shot her in the back of the head one night at the dinner table, then turned the gun on his 9-year-old son and shot him in the chest before eating a bullet himself. Norman survived, but he had no relatives and massive physical and emotional damage. For the next 11 years, he was a ward of the state of California and received regular psychiatric care as he bounced from foster home to foster home. The only constants in Norman's life were the instability in his emotional state and his desire to lash out at the people around him. His juvenile records include 10 months spent in a juvenile detention facility for a variety of petty crimes.
By the time he turned 18, he became the problem of the California penal system for a a string of robberies, assault with a deadly weapon, and a home invasion within the same week — he was found not guilty with an insanity defense and was placed in the Santa Rosa Mental Correctional Facility, where he resided until 2007 when a magnitude 5.7 quake damaged part of the correctional facility and Norman White escaped. During his institutionalization, records indicate that Norman was complaining that the "walls of his room were breathing" and were attributed to schizophrenic hallucinations, and further accounts of "sinking in concrete" were likewise dismissed — understandable in a pre-Bomb world, though Elisabeth believes in a post-Bomb world, it should have been caught. Further records from the hospital indicate that odd misshapen area of concrete were found whenever Norman went outside for recreation, sometimes shaped like sand castles, other times shaped like silhouettes of bodies trapped under the cement. The hospital staff could not explain the appearances.
Later counseling efforts show that Norman was growing delusional and detatched from society. Norman felt that something was wrong with the world and that he was the only sane person in it. He also claimed to the doctors that he was "special" and "chosen for a higher purpose" and that one day "they'll all understand". These statements are problematic at best, if only because further records indicate that Homeland Security has been aware of this man's abilities. Liz believes he was, in fact, one of the detainees at Moab when Phoenix hit the place. She hasn't been able to specifically trace him, but he's clearly been moving up the Eastern Seaboard to land in Chelsea as of the first week of August 2009.
DHS is actively trying to trace the man — evidenced by the fact that when Elisabeth FIRST went looking, she was able to pull up information on where he was arrested and why, whereas now there is a cover story more firmly in the records that he's a fugitive from the Texas justice system for a string of robberies. More information as it becomes available.
Word from Richard Cardinal is he intends to sink Staten Island into the ocean in the fashion of the fabled Atlantis.

Peter Petrelli, son of Primatech Inc. founders Arthur and Angela Petrelli, has a colorful history over the past few years. He has been an agent of the Company his parents helped start and engaged in their sinister activities during a period of amnesia suffered when he failed to defeat Sylar in October 2008.
When he emerged from this amnesia, he split into two personae through an ability gained from Brian Fulk: One persona remained with the Company; the other became a ruthless vigilante.
After the vigilante clone was killed by agents of DHS, the remaining Peter allowed himself to be captured and sent to Moab Federal Penitentiary in Utah.
He escaped along with most of all of the people present. Phoenix assaulted the prison; during the operation a temporal anomaly scattered people through space and time.
On his return to New York, he declined to accept the advice of Phoenix leadership and joined his father's new enterprise, Pinehearst Research, Inc. Despite this, he assisted in the destruction of the firm's New Jersey building and the serum to install extrahuman abilities being developed there. At the end of that battle, he was shot and pushed off the roof by Edward Ray's 2019 incarnation.
Since that time, he is struggling with what appears to be Kazimir Volken's ability and looking into activities of Vanguard Remnant member Feng Daiyu. He was present to assist in stopping Feng's attack on Else Kjelstrom at her apartment.
It is not known if he still has Empathic Mimicry and any abilities gained by it.

Government Reaction
On January 23, 2010, when the Government claimed the mushroom cloud was from a massive methane explosion, Rebel hacked the AP news wire and posted another message in selected red letters:

An anonymous rebel shared this information with us, from November of last year (2009), in Midland, Texas at an h1n1 inoculation station where three evolved went missing a week prior. The site was closed for quarantine for unsolicited reasons. Our rebel claims to have run into security in NBC suits and large armored vans. We have included a selection of recently acquired legal documentation, which is included for you to consider what is being concealed and what is being omitted.

Research conducted after the information was uncovered confirms three persons did vanish from Midland, TX after having been at innoculation sites. All three were registered with SLC abilities. It was also found that H1N1 flu has an unbalanced number of SLC patients contrasted against non-SLC, and illnesses from a tainted version of the H1N1 vaccine also was unbalanced to the suffering of SLC people. Press inquiries into the faulty vaccine were met with denial and hostility.
An interview of a rumor source turned up a claim of a similar disappearance on Staten Island, and corroboration to the claims of nbc suits. A person was seen being carried out in some sort of quarantine device by armed men in that protective gear.

Quarantine Camps

Our rebels have taken notice around the world, and we have information coming in from those of you who share about the dangerous secrets the United States Government is keeping and their plans for our kind.
Rebels in Midland Texas, Spokane Washington, and New York New York have noticed something: Government agencies swooping in on privately-funded neighborhood renovations, adding police "security" and aiding in the reconstruction and orgnization efforts.
Ledgewood Terrace, Silverfalls Flats, Summer Meadows: Each suffered a violent disturbance sparked by former evolved residents. Each became attached to the Department of Evolved Affairs in their respective states. Each was taken from the control of the charities that were originally handling redevelopment.
We discovered evidence of government agencies redistributing large numbers of DHS workers, police, and private security companies to the towns and cities where these developments are present. Yet these officials are not working on the restoration projects. Ledgewood Terrace has recently had a security wall constructed around it with razorwire atop concrete and steel for the protection of the residents from violent street gangs.

April 26, 2010: An article by the Associated Press on Strand Genomics Laboratories buying out Pharmatech was altered to point at arebel.000a.biz and alert of changed content. As with the last update, the password to unlock hidden content is a word altered in a George Orwell quote displayed on the page. This time, the replaced word is wiser.
The unlocked content is twenty photos of the camp in question, three acrobat files: Level A Manual, MSA ESP 2 Brochure, MSA Millenium Manual, images of an injection tool, the shockwave file titled Pneumatic Needle, and a text file.
Isotope Tracking
There is much happening in the world today. Pharmatech, a company serving as a shell for a Company was purchased by a government shell
to produce radio isotope injection guns for the Commonwealth Institute of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
These isotope tracking systems are monitored by a series of nanosatellites in geosynchronous orbit that cover the entire world with their eyes while strange documentation has been arriving at the offices of the Massachusettes Institute of Technology and sent to researchers at the brain and cognitive sciences labs.
But why do they need instructional manuals on nuclear-biological-chemical suits and gas masks?
Falls Creek
Falls Creek in Oklahoma is the site of what one rebel has seen as a potential detention center masquerading as an H5N10 quarantine facility. This rebel's words inspire and dishearten, and we have kept them as he wrote them. We have included his photography in a linked folder.
Rebel,
Falls Creek is a youth camp for Southern Baptist churches in Oklahoma that agreed to have its facilities used to house H5N10 quarantine and isolation patients. I'm afraid the camp is not going to be used as the kind people of the churches who own the cabins believe it was going to be used.
Falls Creek is like a small town that is closed down about 9 months out of the year. It is made up of cabins that range from small and humble to large and grandiose, according to how much money the church who owns the cabin has. Each cabin has full kitchen facilities, bathrooms and usually have two large bunkrooms - one for women and one for men. The occupancy of the cabins varies according to the church. This past week the Southern Baptist association of Oklahoma offered the facility as a place to house H5N10 quarantine familities after negotiations with the DoEA. Each church owning a cabin was then called to find out if they would make their cabin available. Churches across the state agreed.
I started my journey to Falls Creek as a representative of my church and to offer volunteer services when I had heard that the CDC had begun setting up workshops in the area to refit the facilities. I packed up my truck with some donations for the families that I imagined would be comingm then went to the local Dollar General and purchased various hygiene products, snacks and even a set of dominoes and a deck of cards. I had my daughter take her own shopping cart and go and select her own items that she wanted to take. I told her to imagine herself without anything in the world and then select what she would need to live every day.
We then met up with my elderly parents who had gone to the Dollar Store themselves, and to the grocery store and had spent WAY too much of their limited social security on the venture. But that's okay. We ended up having to take both vehicles on the 150 mile round trip because they were both pretty full. My son showed up and wanted to go. He drove my parents while my daughter and I rode in my car.
To say we all left with excitement would be appropriate. My 78 year old mother is a "fixer". She loves to help people and she absolutely needs some one to dote over. That she was about to be able to help some people who were likely going to be afraid, lonely and worried for their future had her feeling physically healthier than I've seen her in days. I was glad to get the chance to actively do something other than donate what little I can to some faceless charity hoping it would get to the people who needed it. I felt glad I could do some small something that might cut through the helplessness I've felt over this situation. Both of my kids were eager to assist.
The only odd thing that occurred prior to setting off happened while I was gassing up in our small town. My daughter was pumping the gas and a lady she knew pulled up to an adjacent pump. My daughter started telling her where we were going and that we were taking things to the quarantine facility. The lady told my daughter that she had been told the Red Cross was not allowing any one to deliver supplies. When I returned to the car from paying for the gas my daughter informed of this. I told her that the Red Cross would not be preventing the members of our church from entering our own cabin, so it really didn't matter. It was at that point we decided to stop back by the house and get my daughter's camera so that she could take pictures if required.
From the moment I heard about Falls Creek being scheduled to receive quarantine detainees I had two thoughts run through my mind:
1. What a beautiful place to be able to stay while trying to acclimate to something so difficult.
2. What a terrible location to be when you're trying to acclimate to something so difficult.
The first thought is because Falls Creek is nestled in the Arbuckle Mountains of south central Oklahoma. One of the more beautiful regions of the state. It would be a peaceful and beautiful place for whatever people would need to be relocated, be they infected or uninfected. To be honest I wasn't sure how the quarantine centers would work.
The second thought comes because Falls Creek is very secluded and absolutely no where near a population center. The closest route from Falls Creek to a connecting road is three miles on a winding narrow road called "High Road" (It gets that name for two reasons - it's goes over the mountain instead of around it like "Low Road" does, and it's where the teenagers of the area go to party). The road has not a single home on it for over 3 miles. After battling that 3 miles over mountains, you'll find yourself about 5 miles from the nearest town, Davis, Oklahoma, population ca. 2000. The feeling of isolation is intense.
The landscape on approach changes from picturesque mountainous rural America, to something foreign to me as we approached the rear gate of the camp. Two Oklahoma State Patrol vehicles and four Oklahoma Troopers guarded the gate. We started through and they stopped us.
"Can I help you, ma'am?"
I informed him we're here to deliver supplies to *our church's name* cabin. He stood silent and stared at me. My daughter turned and snapped a picture of his vehicle - very conspicuously.
I smiled at him and he asked, "Do you know where that cabin is located?"
I informed him I did. He looked at me a bit longer and then said, "Ok" and stepped away from the car. They stopped my parents' vehicle as well, but I assume my son informed them he was with us. They let them pass.
We made our way through the narrow streets toward our church's cabin.
We noticed that the various church cabins had numbered placards on them that normally weren't there.
We arrived at our cabin and started toting the clothes in. We finally found a group of men upstairs in the dorms trying to make beds. They had almost completed the room of bunk beds and told us we could go over to the ladies' dorm room and start on it. We lugged our sacks of clothes back down the stairs. Then we got the first negative message. "You can't bring any clothes in. FEMA has stated they will accept no more clothes." No further explanation, no nothing. I couldn't get an answer from anyone present, absolute stonewall.
We lugged the bags of clothes back to the car. We then turned to bringing in our personal hygiene products. That's when we learned our cabin had been designated a "male only" cabin. Approximately 40 men, ranging from age 13 on up would be housed there. We started resacking the female products and sorted out everything that would be useful for men.
We lugged the bags of female products back to the car. We asked if they knew of a cabin that had been designated for women. The "host" (the hosts are Oklahoma civilians who have been employeed??? by FEMA to reside at each cabin and have already gone through at least one "orientation" meeting conducted by FEMA at "BASE" which is some unknown but repetitively referred location within the camp) told us he believed McAlester cabin was dedicated to females. He then explained there were male, female and family cabins designated.
We then started lugging in our food products. The foods I had purchased were mainly snacks, but my mother - God bless her soul - had gone all out with fresh vegetables, fruits, canned goods, breakfast cereals, rice, and pancake fixings. That's when we got the next message: They will not be able to use the kitchen.
Excuse me? I asked incredulously.
FEMA will not allow any of the kitchen facilities in any of the cabins to be used by the occupants due to fire hazards. FEMA will deliver meals to the cabins. The detainees will be given two meals per day by FEMA. They will not be able to cook. In fact, the "host" goes on to explain, some churches had already enquired about whether H5N10 vaccinated parishners could come in on weekends and fix meals for the people staying in their cabin. FEMA won't allow it because there could be a situation where one cabin gets steaks and another gets hot dogs - and… it could cause a riot.
It gets worse.
My mother then asked if the churches would be allowed to come to their cabin and conduct services if the occupants wanted to attend. The response was "No ma'am. You don't understand. Your church no longer owns this building. This building is now owned by FEMA and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol." This scares my mother who asks "Do you mean they have leased it?" The man replies, "Yes, ma'am…lock, stock and barrel. They have taken over everything that pertains to this facility for the indefinite future."
We then lug all food products requiring cooking back to the car. We start unloading our snacks. Mom appeared to have cornered the market in five counties on pop-tarts and apparently that was an acceptable snack so the guy started shoving them under the counter. He said these would be good to tied people over in between their two meals a day. But he tells my mother she must take all the breakfast cereal back. My mother protests that cereal requires no cooking. "There will be no milk, ma'am." My mother points to the huge industrial double-wide refrigerator the church had just purchased in the past year. "Ma'am, you don't understand…
It could cause a riot."
I turn and walk out of the room… lugging all the healthy stuff back to the car.
We then went to the second dorm room and made up beds. When we got through and were headed outside the host says to me and my daughter, "How did you get in here?" I told him we came in through the back gate. He replies, "No, HOW did you get in here? No one who doesn't have credentials showing is supposed to be in here." (I had noticed all the "hosts" had two or three badges hanging around their necks.) I told him it might have had something to do with the fact my daughter was snapping pictures of the OHP presence at the gate. He then tells us, "Well, starting in the morning NO ONE comes in. So if you have further goods you want to donate you will have to take them to your local church. They will collect them until they have a full load and then bring them to the front gate."
Me and my two kids then walked over the hill to the camp's amphitheater.
The amphitheater is full of clothes. Completely and utterly full of clothes to the point where I cannot even fathom why so many clothes are needed.
But there was more…an Oklahoma Department of Safety truck and a military vehicle and a cell phone tower. Falls Creek, because it sits in a "bowl" surrounded by mountains, is notorious for no cell phone coverage.
We then loaded back into our vehicles and headed toward the cabin we had been told was for women so that we could off-load our appropriate products. When we arrived there was no one in the cabin so we preceded to unload our vehicles and take the merchandise in to the cabin. A horde of "hosts" who had been hovering at a nearby cabin head toward us.
"Can we help you?"
I explained to them what we were doing.
"Uhh… you can't just leave donated goods in the cabins. FEMA has stated they want all supplies to go to their central warehouse. They said they have had far too many supplies come in and they need to handle them. You can't leave ANY clothes."
I just stared at them.
One man, after several moments of pregnant pause broken only by the sound of my 82 year old dad continuing to shuffle boxes out of the back of his car (GO DAD!), says "I'll call "BASE" and confirm what should happen here."
I continue to stare.
He pounds out the number on his cell phone and when some one picks up he chickens out and just asks "I need to verify that cabin 11 is a female only facility." When he hangs up he says that it is and I respond, "Well, good, we'll get on with this then." It's at that point my son pulls me aside and says, "Every damned one of them have the same phone. That's what the comm tower is for at the amphitheater. Now we know how FEMA runs through billions, they've given every one of these people a phone when walkie-talkies would have worked just fine."
We off-load our goods into the McAlester cabin. My daughter takes pics of the buckets of toys that have been donated by citizens for the kiddos coming this way.
We then start out of the camp. I tell my daughter I want to go out the main gate this time. Here is what we saw on the way out:
There was a cabin was apparently commandeered by a group of people in navy blue jumpsuits with insignias all over them. They were standing all over the place on both sides of the narrow street.
Talk about a surreal moment… there were troops (unknown if Regular or National Guard) had taken up residency in the Durant First Baptist Church cabin very near the main gate of the camp.
Now I'm starting to understand why it doesn't matter that this location is not conducive to healthy relocation. It seemed more like a concentration camp to me.
Investigation
We investigated this site aerially on April 24th. Since this rebel's transmission, exterior walls and temporary shelters have been added to the facility. It now looks fortified. "For their protection," we feel will be the reasoning. Protection from what? From whom?
We feel protection from the truth.

This was the business front of a clandestine organization which kidnaps, rapes minds, implants humans with tracking methods fit only for zoo animals, and unlawfully imprisons people with extrahuman abilities. They claim to educate and assist people with abilities beyond the human norm, but in truth only assist those they wish to hire. Anyone else falling into their hands is deprived of remembering the event, tossed back onto the street, and marked with two parallel lines at the base of the neck.
This operation has infiltrated DHS and its agents carry badges, ostensibly having Federal authority as a result.
Primatech has for decades engaged in unethical and illegal human experimentation, being the source of the virus Kazimir Volken tried to depopulate the world with.
A partial list of persons injected as children with a serum which implants the SLC, who were also possibly taken from their biological parents and given to agents/employees of the Company during the 1970s and 80s, was found in Arthur Petrelli's hands at Pinehearst. The discovered names are: Abraham Randall, Brian Fulk, Cat Chesterfield, Gillian Childs, Nathan Petrelli, Nathan Petrelli 2019, Niki/Jessica/Gina Sanders, and Tracy Strauss.
Any person who was with the organization who tries to blow the whistle on them, to expose their secrets will be assassinated. Case in point: Roger Goodman.
On July 17th, 2009, the Company legally dissolved its front business, Primatech Paper, Inc. This happened soon after one of its New York facilities was destroyed. The Company's face is gone, but it is not. They're still out there, under the thumb of Linderman and Angela Petrelli.

This was a business, ostensibly owned by Morgan Dietrich who headed its branch in Hamburg, Germany. The truth, however, is the firm was taken over in 2006 by Arthur Petrelli after his death was faked. Arthur then began to assemble people known to him and pursue clandestine research projects aimed at gaining and solidifying political power for himself.
The US Headquarters at Fort Lee, NJ were destroyed in the July 2009 raid to stop Arthur's activities, and the company itself is now under intense Federal investigation.

Cat's report after attending the opening, 8/9/2009
The Chandra Suresh Memorial Center for Evolved Education, which opened on August 9, 2009, is on Roosevelt Island. It has three floors. The first floor has two auditoria, four conference rooms, and several classrooms. They're allegedly for public use, anyone can reserve on for a small fee to teach classes, hold seminars, or conduct meetings. There's no restriction on subject matter, according to the Center.
The second floor's primary purpose seems to be medical. It has adult and children's wards, nurses' stations, psychiatric facilities, labs, and a multi-purpose room at its center. It appears capable of handling anything a larger or more mainstream hospital could. It isn't a closed facility, visitors can access the second floor but will require escorts in areas determined by the Center staff. It seems a benign place for helping Evolved persons with their abilities and medical issues arising from them, but so did Pinehearst at the initial visitation.
The CSMCEE's third floor appears to be for center administration only.
It's not yet known whether or not the place has basement levels for illicit research and illegal experimentations or unlawful imprisonment. Or a nuclear reactor no one knows about. It may very well be this is the Company in a new incarnation, opting to hide in plain sight. Initial investigations conducted by Wireless turned up no links to DHS or Company operatives, however in either the Center or the parent organization, called the ReGenesis Foundation.
According to facility director Carla Dove, the foundation and center are operated as non-profit activities, funded by donations from various corporate and private entities which will not be made public for reasons of security. She stated during the initial tour the staff will not ask about registration status of any person with enhanced abilities, or even ask if such abilities exist unless necessary to the facility's operations. It is noted, thus, if this is true they'd have nothing to share with Federal authorities under subpoena or warrant not given of a person's own free will; be wary, however, that any info given could wind up in unfriendly hands. It is very likely, at some point in the future, DHS and/or The Company will attempt to gather as much as it can. It would not, also, be a surprise to soon see DHS agents at the doors seeking to perform SLC tests on anyone approaching.
Refreshingly, no such activity was underway at the opening, but there was a Company presence amid the crowd outside in the person of Len Denton. For data on this man, please consult the Primatech Paper, Inc. file. There were protesters galore in the area for the opening, both in favor of and against the center. At least some of them would have had ties to Humanis First, and it's a fair conclusion those would try to case the place for planning of hostile actions. Security for the Suresh Center is in place and visible, if there are unseen details is not known. The adequacy of their measures is as yet untested. It is certain it soon will be, Humanis First will want to try eradicating the place early and often.
It is recommended we engage with the Suresh Center but keep our eyes open. If the Center is exactly what it's laid out to be, it's exactly what we need to support and encourage to the hilt, but we must be careful to avoid unquestioning acceptance. We need photographs of staff members to list here and check into the backgrounds of, as well as reports of activities in and around the place which may seem suspicious.
We caution that when encountering each other at or around the center, it is crucial not to do or say anything which links us to our organization. Remember that you are likely under observation. Activities at the center are individual and strictly voluntary.
Events after the Center's opening
- 8/12/2009: Cat sent an anonymous warning to Center director Carla Dove that a short and bald man named Danko was at the opening. It was recommended she review video footage of that event to secure his image and alert security. He is believed to be Humanis First. This information came from Mona Rao.
- 8/31/2009: Cat's morning seminar was attended by Len Denton, who engaged in discussion with her on the subject matter. He showed himself still entirely untrustworthy, since he admitted outright a disbelief due process can and will work. Afterward he made an approach, asking for people to help him hunt Emile Danko. She was, however, able to negotiate a supply of ability suppressant pills in exchange for asking if anyone among us is willing to help him hunt Mr. Danko. Cat then promptly put out word of his intent, and recommended no one work with him. He is Company, and never to be trusted. She has since received the medication agreed to.

The Overall Vanguard Plan
The Vanguard, an organization formed soon after World War 2 by Kazimir Volken, had the original goal of eliminating people with the SLC from the world. They crossed paths with Phoenix in October 2008 after Kazimir killed Cameron Spalding, and captured more of our attention after kidnapping Eileen Spurling led to the retaliatory abduction of Cat Chesterfield and Dani Hamilton, which resulted in Dani's murder by Ethan Holden.
Under the direction of Kazimir Volken, Vanguard actions and plans in New York City included:
- Committing acts of terrorism designed to spread general fear and frame pro-Evolved organizations for their crimes.
- The abduction of Cat Chesterfield and Danielle Hamilton by Ethan Holden and Odessa Knutson. Dani was tortured and deprived of all digits on her left hand. Cat was traded for Eileen Ruskin, who'd been held captive by us. Dani was slain by Ethan after we were unable to either find her or complete an impossible, unconscionable trade.
- The attempted assassination of Allen Rickham, President-elect. Intervention and Rickham's evolved ability blocked this plan, but very nearly outed him as Evolved to the public.
- Placing explosives designed to bring down all bridges leading from the city in preparation for the main plan. By use of a teleporter and a camera, we were able to locate the charges. With the assistance of Anne Williams for transport, Elisabeth Harrison for sound suppression, and Darius Johnson of NYPD Scout's forcefields, the explosives were removed with minimal disruption to city life.
- Stealing a lethal virus and mating it with another agent, which created a pathogen capable of killing ninety percent of the world's population. The virus source was a Primatech Paper facility at Odessa, Texas.
- Gaining entry to several locations in New York City, Jersey City, and offshore vessels from which to launch that lethal virus by mortars. One of those locations was also furnished with a tank. All had a large team of armed personnel engaged in preparations. The overall effort, and desired result, was once termed The Flood by Gabriel Gray. Doctor Ray's Exhibits
These items below were apparently sent to Edward Ray by a future version of himself.
- Scanned photographs from several angles, featuring a pair of glasses matching those the man currently wears. They have circular lenses with wire frames, bent slightly at the middle making them just a little crooked. The right arm of the glasses looks to have been repaired by electrical tape, and there's three small notches on the top of the right lens which look like chips in the glass.
- A photo of a tank. There's a soldier in a gray uniform sitting on top of it with no military insignias, he's holding an automatic rifle. There are a pile of bodies stacked up neatly in front of the tank. At first it looks like an old World War II photograph, except that it is in color, and it's in New York City.
- The next photograph is of a metal storage container used for hauling freight off of ships, it is stacked full from front to back with naked corpses, some wrapped in plastic. Men in biohazard suits are in the process of closing the doors on the cargo container when the picture was snapped, and from the looks of it, it was taken through a chain-link fence.

A mug shot depicting a blonde woman in a gray prison uniform. It is Helena Dean, and the photograph has been taken up against a concrete block wall in what looks like some form of government facility, a series of numbers are printed on her loose shirt.
- The next photograph is unlike the other two, it depicts Edward seated at a poker table with a cigar in his mouth, looking more weary, tired and aged than he does now. At his right side is Peter Petrelli, with a green army jacket on and a black tanktop beneath, his hair is a little longer than it is now, and he's missing his scar. Standing behind Peter with her hands on his shoulders, is Eileen Ruskin - the young woman who stabbed Teo in the stomach with a butterknife, though she's not young anymore, she's an adult, and she has an assault rifle slung over her shoulder.
- The next few photographs all depict what looks like the interior of a power plant, one with a subterranean railroad connection station inside, ad judging from the construction and architecture, it's incredibly old. One of those photographs depicts a room like the one in Isaac Mendez' loft, but with thousands of strings and hundreds upon hundreds of photographs all connected together.
- A stack of hand-written notes and mathematical formulas along with a few pages of tightly-packed number strings. A caption by them says Doctor Ray verifies they are in his own handwriting, of mathematical formulas and research into string theory that he has not even begun to understand yet, along with a manifesto of sorts. Doctor Ray also verifies the glasses are his, sent as proof from a possible future. These exhibits arrived by parcel service, with no return address, three days before the attempt on Mr. Rickham.
The World Versus Vanguard, Round Two
Over the course of 2009, it was discovered Kazimir's successors had a nuclear weapon and planned to detonate it under Antarctic ice to trigger a flood and bring about Kazimir's goal. Details on this are found under the Event titled Operation Apollo.
Carlisle Dreyfus and the Quest for Revenge
After Operation Apollo, Carlisle Dreyfus somehow invaded the United States along with Aleksandr Koslow (Skoll) and the Chinese Vanguardite named Bing. They joined with Feng Daiyu and began operations versus the component of Apollo which operated in Russia. Attacks were made, resulting in homelessness for Abby's parents and murder of an Old Lucy's employee, the assassination of Jennifer Chesterfield, engagements with members of Apollo's Team Charlie, deaths of nearby non-combatants, the involvement of Frontline teams, and destruction of property.
Efforts to find, defeat, and exterminate Dreyfus continue.

Ygraine FitzRoy reported this team's mission encountered and overcame opposition from a tank. It was, sadly, necessary for team leader Conrad Wozniak to bring the building down on himself, resulting in his death. The mortar and viral payload weren't able to be destroyed by thermite as planned, as the Vanguard operatives were planning to release the pathogen through steam tunnels under Manhattan. It is, however, believed the collapse of the building and subsequent filling of the area with seawater achieved that objective.

Catherine Chesterfield reported members of the Jersey City police were present here when they arrived, one of their number having observed suspicious activity, investigated, and hit a tripwire. They were engaged in firefights with the Vanguard operatives in two buildings, the first having collapsed. A sniper with a weapon which sounded like a tank gun was in play outside, firing from an undetermined location. A short time later, the firing from this position stopped for reasons unknown.
The objective was located in the third warehouse, and the virus was in danger from the firefight between police and Vanguard inside. Al removed it from danger with telekinesis seconds before the entire building exploded. All three team members were flung across the street, and the virus transport container was dropped.
Cat reported numbness in her legs at that time, forcing her to crawl to the viral payload. This effect eased as she got closer to the objective. Once there, she deployed the thermite and incinerated the pathogen.
The same effect she felt appears to have, along with the shock of being flung by the explosion, rendered Brian and Al unable to escape. They were taken by DHS.
Cat escaped on foot.

Elisabeth Harrison reported mission accomplished at this location. The team arrived on-scene with the information that upwards of 50 guards would be expected, but recon by Owen showed less than half that. However, recon also turned up a room full of kids being held at gunpoint. Unable to determine at the time whether they were human viral vectors or just hostages, the team held up a few minutes to revamp their plans to include evacuation of the kids.
Owen went in with the thermite to the mortar tube, everyone else went in with silenced weapons and surrounded by a silence bubble to muffle things like shattering glass. A truck arrived just as they began their assault — it turned out the virus was NOT already on-site. So thank goodness for Owen, he managed to snatch the virus from the men and toss the whole case into the thermite fire.
Brian and Owen worked on evacuating the children while Elisabeth and Minea held off guards and shot people. Upon evacuation, cops and CDC were called in, just in case the kids were actually virus delivery methods. The group scattered to the four winds. Brian was the last one on-site.

Timeline and Notes
This after action report came from Cat, after interviewing Abigail Beauchamp. The objective here was to end the existence of Kazimir Volken and prevent any release of the virus at that stage through incubated carriers. A battle was fought, during which Kazimir in the body of Sylar used lasers to sever bridge support cables, one of which struck Sergei and knocked him into the Hudson River.
This team was also tasked with teleporting to any of the other sites where viral release occurred, to sterilize it with lightning. This function was not needed.
Kazimir was driven from Sylar's body and destroyed by Abigail Beauchamp's healing ability.
A truck carrying infected persons was found at the location, prompting Helena Dean to call down lightning and sterilize it. This action, coupled with Kazimir having severed cables, caused the bridge to collapse.
DHS then arrived, with boots on the ground, and several people went into the water. One of them reported feeling numbness which caused her to lose grip and fall. That same effect, which the source believes came from a person, eased off as she fell. It also apparently caused the capture of Helena Dean, as she reportedly simply collapsed.
Of the people who went into the water, only Brian Fulk has been located. It was also reported that Ethan and a woman who controls insects were on the scene. What became of them is unknown.
Sylar may have gone into the water, his fate is not known. It is safest to presume he is at large and dangerous.

April 7, 2009: At the Moab Federal Penitentiary in Moab, UT, Peter Petrelli (prisoner)'s empathic mimicry was augmented inadvertently by Gillian Childs (rescuer). Peter then lost control of space-time manipulation copied from Hiro Nakamura (rescuer). This caused the immediate space-time dislocation of all persons on-site, including Phoenix operatives, allies, and prisoners. Most were projected forward across a range of minutes and hours, finding themselves in disparate locations around the world. But eight persons were sent to the year 2019.
In a coordinating effect, occurring by design, eight persons arrived from the year 2019 with the goal of altering the future.

Operation Apollo Overview
In March 2009, news agencies reported the Vanguard had stolen a Russian nuclear weapon or weapons.
Shortly afterward, precognitives began to predict disastrous events which indicate the use of such arms. One of them referenced the Vanguard call sign Munin. Cat soon learned Eileen Ruskin was not the original Munin: this was in fact an object of unknown nature and location. Her source had never been told just what it might be by Kazimir.
In the months since, precognitives have been fixated on the date 12/12/2009, which research shows in certain accounts to be the alleged date on which biblical Cain slew his brother Abel. It is also the date of an expected eclipse. Another eclipse is expected on December 31, 2009. It thus is possible, even likely, the Vanguard's current plan is to use one of those dates for launching the weapon.
Cat has been furnished, by a man claiming to be from France's Deuxieme Bureau, a document listing an extensive inventory of Russian nukes circa 1989 with significant information regarding weapons which are defended against disarmament attempts, including the disarming code. It is not clear whether the weapon Vanguard has is one of those.
The United States Government, through General Autumn and Agent Sarisa Kershner, has provided information regarding their plot. It was disclosed the Vanguard had two ICBMs and two warheads. One missile and warhead was recovered, this had been codenamed Hugin.
Munin, the other warhead, remains missing. It may be in Russia, China, Madagascar, or Argentina. Teams have been sent to each place for handling this crisis.
In our case, two persons were forcibly recruited, while four others came following the trail independent of Federal contact based on precognitive information and actions.
We are sheltered in the home of Ivan and Katarina Spektor, at Ryazan, Russia.
The FSB has no knowledge of our operations, and is believed compromised by the Vanguard. We cannot risk contacting them for any reason.
The larger Vanguard plan, based around use of the stolen nuke and missile, is unknown. What is believed is locating and neutralizing them forestalls the plan.

Timeline and Notes
- Refrain was a chemical compound found at Pinehearst by Adam Monroe and his gang. They are responsible for selling it to the Flying Dragons, who are primarily responsible in turn for getting it out on the street.
- Huruma has indicated there is some sort of plan involved in releasing the drug, the details and endgame of which she chose not to share with Helena.
- It is injectable, new, and very addictive. One dose is allegedly enough to cause the dependency.
- It is a glowing blue substance.
- It's said to activate memories in the user, memories that may be as crystal clear as Cat's, even memories suppressed by mindwiping.
- The user is also incapacitated for the trip's duration. It is estimated the memories awakened would be random, therefore good and bad trips are possible.
