President Elect S Tour Delayed

WASHINGTON - Hot on the heels of his office's announcement that he would be touring three sites of devastation in New York City, word came from President-Elect Allen Rickham's office this evening that he will be postponing his tour one week. Charlotte Caiati, President-Elect Rickham's personal coordinator along with representative Marshall Fullis put out a press release today that cited unexpected administrative complications regarding the trip, though local insiders feel that the Rickham group is spending this extra week beefing up their security detail and coordinating efforts with Homeland Security to ensure that the undoubtedly risky trip will be without incident.
