Yamagato Industries has announced a resolution to the extended blackouts that have plagued the Safe Zone for the past week. This is supported by reports early this morning from Williamsburg and Bay Ridge that rolling blackouts in those neighborhoods ended on schedule. We will be collecting updates from other neighborhoods as the day goes on, but at this point it appears things are back to normal.
