Severed Arm Found On Staten

STATEN — Exhibiting a message in support of anti-Evolved organization Humanis First, a severed human arm was discovered Saturday morning in the vicinity of the College of Staten Island. Police launched an investigation into the find after a local student spotted the limb lying in a ditch off Victoria Boulevard and called authorities.

The arm, believed to come from an adult white or Asian female between 5'5" and 5'9" in height, had 'HUMAN. IS. FIRST.' printed across a backdrop of skin discolorations in red, permanent marker. Detectives are combing through missing-persons reports in an effort to identify possible victims. The coroner's office is also working to identify the owner of the arm, and residents of Staten Island are being encouraged to report any leads or additional finds related to the incident.
