Chapter One: "Don't Look Down"

February 13, 2010 to May 21, 2010

When strings of Evolved-related crimes begin to rise in the new year, the Company and the New York's local law enforcement agencies come to cross-purposes as they both seek to investigate and understand the crimes for their own purposes, and the division between the United States Government and the Company begins to widen. Don't Look Down is divided into multiple small story-arcs connected to the whole over-arcing theme of the Company the Law-Enforcement divide and the crimes they investigate.

03/01	Amrita	When Richard Cardinal has a chance encounter with a youth-stealing man in Central Park he inadvertently put himself between an age old murderer and a government investigation.
03/02	The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen	After witnessing Winslow's age regeneration in Central Park, Cardinal brings word of this discovery to his records clerk at the New York Public Library, and when she offers to investigate him, Cardinal dissuades her.
03/05	Worth A Thousand Words	Having pursued Winslow back to his place of residence, Cardinal makes a bid to earn the man's confidence, and discovers that the secret of Winslow's youth isn't the only secret he's guarding, when photographs of Peyton Whitney are discovered among his belongings.
	No Candy	Meanwhile, in the Company's forensics lab, forensic pathologist Lashirah Lee begins examining the corpse of the forcibly-aged victim found in central park at the order of assistant-director Martin Crowley, they discover similarities between Winslow's actions and a certain mythological demon…
03/10	All Of Us	Determined to get to the bottom of the Winslow murders that slipped through the Company's fingers in the 1970s, Assistant-Director Crowley breaks forty years of tradition by dissolving the "One of Us, One of Them" rule within the Company to form an investigative arm that cooperates much in the way the now dissolved "Kill Squad" once did.
03/12	Paper Trail	Following up on where the murder had taken place in Central Park, Agent Ichihara and Agent Webb coerce the local population into divulging information about where Albert Winslow may be hiding out.
03/15	Shadow Play	After staking out Winslow's residence for three days, Agent Ryans and Agent Webb find themselves move on the Speakeasy Hotel and Casino to ask around about Winslow, and what they find in his hotel room is a startling collection of photographs, a ghost, and a near miss with the killer himself along with a chance encounter with a strange Gambler.
03/16	Devils and Angels	Cardinal warns Peyton about the impending investigation regarding Winslow and his strange connection to her — and finds out the truth behind it.
03/16	My Taste in Men	Confronted by the truth of her parentage, Peyton approaches biological mother Faye about the long-lived Albert Winslow.
03/17	The Sneaky and the Star Struck	Agents Webb and Ryans interview Peyton and offer warnings regarding Winslow.

Part Three: Innocence
3/24	From The Depths	When the Company sends Agents Ryans, Lee and Webb to investigate the appearance of a telekinetically crushed car dredged up out of the East River, tensions flare thanks to the involvement of the DoEA.
3/25	All Of Us, Part II	After the DoEA attempt to stonewall a Company investigation, the meeting at Fort Hero is a tense one while bank robbers and their children are brought up in conversation.
4/07	Blindsided	When the NYPD report that Brandon Timm has returned to his residence, agents Ryans, Richards, Sawyer, and Ayers go to investigate the matter and find themselves on the wrong side of Brandon Timm and his adopted son.
	Pursuit	When Brandon flees the scene of his home, Veronica and Corbin give chase down the snowy streets of Brooklyn in a high-speed chase that results in a great pile of collateral damage, leading them to where Brandon plans to end everything once and for all.
	Catch-22	Confronting Brandon, the truth about his son Billy is revealed, and when agents Bishop and Buckley arrive on scene things become charged, until the arrival of The Institute changes the game.

5/11	Everyone is Suspect	Ryans corners Corbin to enlist him in information gathering about the Alton case. Everyone is suspect, especially after a nervous agent informs Ryans his girl is hurt.
	Serious Trust Issues	When Ryans comes to check on his daughter he finds his trust issues surrounding Huruma, her unwitting protector, a problem.
5/13	Updating the Team	Ryans arranges a meeting to discuss Company affairs, among with is the James Alton case.
5/19	War Economy, Part I	When James Alton receives a harrowing vision of the future for Agent Ryans and his daughters, the pair get themselves in a dangerous situation, leaving Ryans to resort to a virtual devil for help.
	War Economy, Part II	With his daughters Delia and Lucille kidnapped, Ryans is forced to call on Rebel for help, and finds himself confronted with an old acquaintance and her partner.

	What?	When a bullet should have been put square between her eyes, Odessa Knutson finds herself instead made an offer she can't refuse by Assistant-Director Crowley: Kill Sylar.
3/12	Codenamed Behemoth	Felix comes around Audrey's place after hours, asking for a little information help on the side involving a mysterious technopath that may have died during Operation: Apollo.
3/13	James Bond and Doogie Howser	After her boss throws her another dangerous entity as a tool for the Sylar case, Veronica meets with Odessa to find out just what the temporal manipulator can do for her.
3/14	Best Laid Plans of Mice and Madmen	Veronica checks in on Mortimer and his efforts in baiting Sylar, and finds he has plan inspired from an unlikely source.
3/16	Here You Go	Audrey is nice and brings Cooper a present in the form of a file on a related murder and some coffee as an early St. Patrick's Day present. He wants to marry her in return; Denied.
03/17	Question Marks	Mortimer attempts to bring another person into the plot to trap a Sylar (or a Sylar copycat) but Veronica is having no more question marks in the scheme — she has enough as it is with a madman with two minds and an untrustworthy former Company agent on her "team".
	In The Shadow Of Death	The Petrelli Manor becomes ground zero for an attack by the smoke man.
03/28	Kings 15:3	Veronica explores an abandoned home and finds grisly evidence that takes the Gray case in an entirely new direction.
4/01	Drives Pregnant Women Into Labor	Agent Audrey Hanson takes time aside to question Mizuki Rassmussen about the death of her husband at the hands of the "Smoke Man".
4/06	Just A Few More Pieces	Employing the assistance of postcognitive detective Rebecca Nakano, Audrey and Cooper uncover the secrets of Samson's two most recent murders.
	Snowfall	The collapse of a roof at a shelter on Manhattan leads Samson to attempt to take a life and be thwarted by an old friend.
4/07	Taking It Out On Cooper	However, when Audrey discovers a lead that brings her to the home of Samson Gray, she finds that she was beaten to the punch and takes out her anger the only way she knows how.
	Scum of the Earth	Following her abandonment of Cooper, Audrey tries to get information from a witness on scene the night of the shelter collapse, only to have the questions turned around at her.
4/08	Relevant Answers	Magnes is called in for his account of Samson at the shelter but is dismissed when Audrey doesn't get what she needs. But Veronica, has answers and she gets to stay.
4/09	Ask And Ye Shall Receive	Reports on evidence from Samson Gray's home/business in Jersey are dropped off in Audrey's office and Felix comes to help sort and catalog in the hopes that something yields a clue.
