Times Exposé: Evolved Prison

The New York Times
November 7, 2010

Department of Evolved Affairs agent Vincent Lazzaro has produced evidence of a specialized Evolved-only detention facility that was established and functioning between January of 2009, and April 2009. Moab Federal Penitentiary was then attacked by Evolved terrorists known as Phoenix, with all documentation relating to the facility marked classified. Though there is no evidence regarding the destruction of the physical buildings, the site has been reduced to a crater in the Utah desert. Despite attempts by Phoenix followers to expose Moab Federal Penitentiary, government officials continually denied all evidence of its existence.

However, a recent information leak and investigative research by the Department of Evolved Affairs has exposed photographic evidence of Moab Federal Penitentiary, along with data that includes prisoner records and official transcripts.

What does this mean for America's Evolved affairs, where efforts to regulate the Evolved population have been hidden and denied? This special five page exposé details the information withheld by the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense.

THE SECRETS OF TIER THREE

As many as 267 prisoners were classified as "Tier Three" Evolved prisoners and detained in Moab Penitentiary. Evidence supports speculation that Evolved citizens were arrested and detained by the merit of their Evolved ability. See A2.

IMAGES OF NEGATION DRUG INJECTIONS

Prisoners kept at Moab Penitentiary endured negation drug injections and isolation. See photographic evidence on A3.

EVO PRISONER TRANSPORT COFFINS

Photographic and video evidence of transport systems designed to contain Evolved in eight-foot-long containment boxes confirmed that Moab was not the latest attempt at clandestine Evo-control methods. See the New York Times website and A4.

NEW YORK'S "SAFE PLACES" SECRET EVOLVED PRISONS?

Roosevelt Island has been known to house Registered Evolved citizens with the intention to protect them from anti-Evolved sentiment. Recent data shows how many citizens are convicted of Registry subversion crimes and housed as penalty, along with orders restricting movement on and off the island. See A5.
