Two Hundred Thousand Dollar Bounty

Rumors spread quick through the underworld in Chinatown, and out across New York. The Flying Dragons have just put out a two-hundred thousand dollar bounty on the head of Tyler Case. The bounty is full if he is brought in alive, half of that if he is dead.

Word on the street is that Chang Ye's son and daughter orchestrated the upping of the bounty (which formerly stood at $10,000).
