Background

His life wasn’t really impacted by everything going on until his daughter manifested. It was his ex-wife’s frantic call that had him rushing there, only to have his daughter executed in front of him when she decided to resist arrest. It broke something in him… and he ended up a lost man. His faith shaken by the government and the judicial system, he quit his job as a Homeland Security Agent (oops forgot that was his last job).

With his trusty guinea pig by his side, Cooper turned into a bit of a drifter while the world went to shit around him. He snapped out of the fog when he wandered into a town under attack from a militant group. It was the scared and huddled children in a supply shed that did it. This was how Eve found him… Protecting a group of kids, in a rather epic car chase scene, from being taken in by the same government that had killed his baby girl.

Eve convinced him to join in on her resistance, Cooper because an odd member of the team… but in those ranks the old Cooper started to surface again, he found a reason to keep on. His police skills have been a asset for the group, especially his defensive driving skills. His non-evolved status has it's uses as well, coupled with his undercover training.

Cooper is Cooper is Cooper. He has his moments still, but the death of his daughter will occasionally take the jovial nature out of him and he is serious about the fight and protective of Eve and the team.

And yes… Donuts are still the lifeblood of this man.
