Background

Everything falls. A fact that Eve Mas has seen in oh so many dreams. She and the others in PARIAH had been fighting to prevent this day but seeing the future doesn't ensure that you can always change it, not exactly. MESSIAH wasn't a beast that Eve decided to lie with (not initially), them being the catalyst that incited the riots which became the tipping point to the beginning of the current nightmare they live in. Instead she moved between groups with Gillian, did what she could. Tried to piece together the jumbled up puzzle in her mind. Richard was of assistance but soon things began to fall apart even more. More and more of the resistance was being taken down and Eve couldn't save them all no matter what she did. She became increasingly erratic (and that's saying something) a brief stint with MESSIAH led her down a dark path, as if PARIAH wasn't dark enough. In order to protect her from the DOEA as well as herself, she was placed in a medically induced coma by the Institute. Spirited away in the dead of night as Richard was murdered, Eve was awoken by her old friend Peter. They had work to do. First step, finding Gilly. Once the two best friends reconnected, Eve felt more ready. What happened next can only be described as… “fucking awesome duder” snort Bombs. Guns. Boom. BOOM. Lynette and Luther was met along the way and became Eve’s right hand. A former Company Agent named Veronica joined up. The ranks were filling. Most of the fighters were female but no man that wanted to join was turned away. Eve and her friends stayed on the move, traveling by night or day if Eve’s ability announced that it was safe. There was a mistake made and it resulted in what Eve and the others thought to be Gillian’s death. The seer was devastated and went away from everyone for three months before eventually returning to the Fight. The cell like nature of the Resistance was smart but they were also divided and that was something that Eve sought to change. Among the operations that were raids on the enemy, bombings, kidnappings and diversion tactics the precog set out to always make sure the other cells felt as if they were united in a “One Tribe” that sought to live. She was loud, explosive, driving her Magic School Bus Nancy and ready more than ever to do whatever it took to liberate her fellow SLC-Expressives. Destroy the DOEA. And to avenge Gillian. Anything.

Eve is still the kooky seer that loves to sing but she's haunted by the loss of her best friend and being unable to stop it from occurring. She is passionate and spends all of her time on “The Fight”. More prone to harsh and cold behavior than she use to be, Eve is willing to do anything to save her people and best friend. The lines that aren't meant to be crossed have blurred considerably.

Eve’s ability is Precognition through the avenue of dreams. She has in recent years learned to induce visions with the help of sedatives, meditation or mind altering substances. The closer in relationship she is with someone, the clearer the picture is in the vision.
